Child Seats, by BC law, children under 40lbs (18kg) are required to be buckled into a full forward-facing car seat. This can be provided for a fee with advance notice. - Children over 40lbs and under 4’9″ must use a booster seat. Two can be provided with advance notice at no charge.

5.00Able to See Victoria by Wheelchair Jay was fantastic! We couldn't have been more pleased. My husband is paralyzed from the waist down & cannot stand at all. We have to have a van with a ramp or lift. We were coming into Victoria by cruise ship. The ship did not offer any assessable excursions we could take. Very disappointing. We found JayDeep. Had a van with a ramp, yeah! He took us to Butchart Gardens and waited while we toured it. Then took us into Victoria, showing us China Town, stopping at Fan Tan Alley so we could stroll through it, The Empress Hotel & Parliament Buildings, Beacon Hill Park where we saw the tallest free standing totem, even had a live Eagle on top of it. He took our picture at every stop! Amazing! He was a wealth of knowledge about Victoria. You could tell he loved his city and enjoyed helping us get around town in a wheelchair. We are truly grateful. I will be recommending him to Wheels of the World, Assessable Travel and others. Thanks again Jay!

5.00Ken was awesome from start to finish! From the moment I reached out, he was super approachable, helpful, and just a really cool guy. He helped me plan a custom 4-hour private tour of Victoria for me and my parents, and it honestly couldn’t have gone better. He was really thoughtful about my mom’s slight mobility issue. He even arranged for an electric scooter to be ready for her at Butchart Gardens so she could explore comfortably and at her own pace. That made a huge difference. Ken’s communication was always smooth and easy, and during the tour he was the perfect mix of professional, funny, relaxed and down to earth. He clearly enjoys what he does and loves showing off his city. His Tesla van was sleek, super comfortable and well-equipped, complete with an iPad for visual aids as he explained what we were seeing. He took us to all the must-see spots in Victoria, shared great stories and fun facts, and even showed us some personal photos and anecdotes that made the tour feel really personal and engaging. And he got us back to the ship with time to spare, totally stress-free!
