Join a hands-on cooking experience inside a real Brazilian home and step into the local way of eating. You’ll join a small group and jump straight into the kitchen, preparing traditional dishes such as picanha and farofa. The rhythm is relaxed and intuitive, focused on how locals actually cook, not on rigid instructions. As you cook, your host shares practical techniques and cultural details that rarely appear in cookbooks, but make all the difference when recreating these dishes at home. Most ingredients are easy to find worldwide, so what you learn travels with you. Along the way, candid photos are taken so you leave with real memories. Afterward, you’ll receive our digital recipe book and a curated São Paulo Food Guide to keep exploring local flavors. When everything is ready, the group sits down to enjoy the meal they prepared together. A homemade caipirinha is served, glasses are raised, and the kitchen turns into a shared table of conversation and laughter. You’re not watching from the outside, you’re part of it. You leave with practical skills you’ll actually use, genuine memories and the confidence of our 5-star money-back guarantee.

We had an outstanding experience at this cooking class. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made even complex techniques feel easy. The class was well-organized, with a perfect balance of hands-on learning and demonstration. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the helpful tips that we can now use at home. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun, making it enjoyable for all skill levels. We walked away not only with delicious dishes and recipes, but also a wonderful group of new friends. We highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills and have some fun!

If you’re thinking about an opportunity to join chef Ronaldo at one of his dinners, we would say “Yes”, jump at the opportunity. It was a fun experience, and such a delight to learn from (and cook with) chef Ronaldo! We would definitely recommend any of his tours or cooking classes.

What an experience! We met at a downtown market store as he took us down each aisle to learn about all the local food types including ingredients for dinner. We walked to his restaurant where we were met with hospitality and gracious time to learn different dishes and learned all the recipes. Met great new friends
