It will not be just the usual excursion but a very unique experience of a lifetime.

A tour that combines the adventure of driving our specially-equipped buggies through the night and the unique show of nature seen from close.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Dress code: Dark coloured clothes and closed shoes.

It’s forbidden to take photos with flash.

Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. A moderate amount of walking is involved.

The duration of transfers are approximate.

Valid driving license required

Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Without a valid and original driving license and close shoes (no flip flops!), the driver will not be able to participate on the tour and no refund will be given.

Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

What To Expect

This beach is famous because welcomes the kitesurfers during the winter, and the Loggerhead Turtles during the summer. In the winter season a lot of kitesurfers from all over the world come there to enjoy the waves and the strong wind. The summer season the crowed beach is replace by the Loggerhead Turtles who come here to lay the eggs

Serra Negra is the "Black mountain" located in the natural reserve of the east coast. At the base of the mountains there is one of the wildest beaches of Sal, which welcomes the Loggerhead Turtles during the summer

Quite tiring but worth it. The guides were excellent. Hendrick helped my husband all the way as he was on sticks. My husband after resting and encouragement from Hendrick saw a turtle that hadn’t decided to lay eggs walk back to the ocean whilst the other family members got to see a turtle laying eggs before moving back to the ocean. The guides, Hendrick, Andrea and Jos (sorry for any wrong spellings) were excellent. Tour took almost 3 hours and includes a nerve wracking 4 by 4 experience in a Toyota Landcruiser.

Very welcoming and professional team. The equipment is of high quality and safety is assured. The course is nice with some rough terrain in the dunes. We recommend.

Full professionalism. Great team. Everything organized from A to Z. Pick-up from the hotel and finally drop-off at the hotel. Everything is at a high level, observing all safety rules. I really recommend.

Fantastic experience, which combines the adrenaline-filled driving of the buggy with the extraordinary experience of turtle spotting. As for the buggies, they are very safe machines that we drove both on the road and in the desert, with lights totally adequate for night driving. The marine guides were really clear and exhaustive in explaining to us in Italian everything regarding spawning. Really exciting! As a backdrop, a starry sky never seen before, to leave you breathless.

Buggy ride at night, in the middle of the desert dunes, the spawning of the Caretta Caretta turtles by the ocean... the premises would have been enough to presage a fantastic experience and so it was. Expectations largely met. In addition, the guides Valdir (for Italian friends “Dolce Gusto”), José and Elzio are really very nice and very professional, they accompany you step by step all the time.

Great fun taking the buggys across the dunes! The team took us straight to a turtle laying its eggs before it made its way back to the waters edge. Not only an amazing experience but the crew were very knowledgable and a great laugh! Thanks guys, Highly recommend to everyone. Steve and Kerrie.
