Leonie is such an amazing guide! The roads that typically the tour takes, on one side of the island were unfortunately washed out due to so much rain the past few days, but Leonie still found a way to make the tour amazing for us and took another way to see some amazing scenery. She is an incredible person and taught us so much about the island and the great people here. I would not have been able to see even a quarter of what we did if not for Leonie. Thank you for this day! 😊🙏

Fantastic scenery ready at 8.45 we didn’t get going from the supermarket till 10.00. Scenery was stunning and very dramatic unlike anything we’ve experienced in French Polynesia. Would have liked water provided.

We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring the Papenoo Valley by jeep. If you are looking for an incredible experience, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! Our guide was wonderful—so kind, helpful, and, most importantly, an incredibly skilled driver. The roads through the valley are very narrow and rugged, but she was a total professional. We felt completely safe and at ease with her behind the wheel the entire time. The trip lasted about 8 hours and included several great stops. One of the highlights was a refreshing break to swim in a beautiful natural pool, accompanied by a lovely snack. It’s clear that she has deep local knowledge, as she knew every hidden corner of the valley perfectly. I wouldn’t think of booking with anyone else. If you want a safe, authentic, and fun adventure, look no further!

While our guide on the tour through the heart of Tahiti was very knowledgeable and quite kind, I can’t recommend this trip to anyone else. Not because of the company but because the trip is 8 hours of being “bumpy” roads. It was more than bumpy, it was so jarring I felt like I was being beaten for 8 long hours. My husband was so car sick he could not enjoy any of it

I was picked up in Te Moana for the Jeep 4X4 Tour and in Papeete 3 more couples joined the Jeep Tour. We drove a good deal around the island which I have already driven with my rental car. On a beach we took a break and our guide explained to us that we will then drive along the river into the mountains. He collected 3 pet bottles from the beach and threw them in the garbage bag. 👍 The ride continued for a while on very bumpy roads and somehow the driver seemed stressed. Maybe because he knew that the nice weather at lunchtime will bless us with downpours?💧He switched and braked quite jerky. There had been a lot of rain in this area and depressions washed out as a result. A bang announced the defect of a tire. The guide sent us on foot, 2 couples and I set out. I liked this walk because I was able to take beautiful photos of the countless plants🌱we circled many pools and enjoyed the tranquility and sounds of the river. Maybe half an hour passed before the 4x4 Ford caught up with us again. I suspected that this Ford desperately needed a garage for a thorough overhaul. Either way, I enjoyed the adventure of sitting on the bridge of the Ford. Gabriela

This tour took us to the interior of the island and covered a lot of territory. Unfortunately it POURED almost the entire day so we weren't able to see much, BUT we all still had a great time, filled with laughter (while riding around) and enjoyed the information we learned at the stops. We also ended up with a flat tire near the end of our trip, but the guide, two people from our group, and a few men that were in a passing truck stopped by and had it changed in no time. I didn't realize it, but I was black and blue on my butt a few days later from the constant bumps (which my Fitbit counted at 19,000+ steps!)...but it was worth it for the day - just wish we had a little less heavy rain so we could have gotten out a bit more.

Wonderful experience! If you want a meaningful experience to truly see & experience the culture & see some beautiful places this is the tour for you! I also recommend buying the available lunch option it’s excellent. It’s very ruff and I wouldn’t call it a road maybe a goat trail in sections so hang on.
