This company was very communicative from the very beginning! We got our detailed itinerary the day before it started, and they made sure everything ran smoothly by giving us updates daily on all the tours through WhatsApp. They even gave us a beautiful upgraded hotel room to stay in during the 5 days! Everything was very organized and all our tour guides made this an amazing experience where we got to learn so much about Finland!

Me, my mom and dad went to this tour. My dad left his jacket in the Allas sea pool and went back after an hour and it was still there. Then he forgot his cellphone in the taxi and the taxi driver personally drove the car back to the hotel to return it. People in Finland is very honest and it’s safe here. We rode the tram, ferry, bus and subway/train everywhere with the transportation pass that the tour gave us. It was a very fun trip indeed. I highly recommend it but research where you want to go first because there’s a lot of free time in your hands. Finland people are very punctual. Try to be on time if you go on this tour but they will come back for you if you were late so don’t worry. Lastly, I won’t recommend riding the train. There’s homeless and mentally ill people in the train but the others are nice and safe. Enjoy!

I went on this tour with my mom. For reference, I am a 40 year old female and my mom is 78 years old. Unfortunately, soon after we arrived in Helsinki my mom started having trouble with her feet and knee. However, Helsinki Tours was very flexible and adjusted the tours to include less walking. We even were allowed to switch out one tour for the hop-on, hop-off bus. As for the tours themselves, they were very informative and I am sure would have been even more so if we had been able to walk more. Helsinki and Tallinn are beautiful cities. Our hotel was very cute and offered an excellent breakfast every day.
