Helsinki Central Railway Station

Helsinki Central Station is chosen as one of the most beautiful stations by BBC in 2013. It is the main station for commuter rail and long-distance trains departing from Helsinki. The station is used by approximately 400,000 people per day and is the busiest rail station in Finland.

Senate Square

Senate Square is the most iconic square for not only visitors but seagulls as well! Senate Square and its surroundings make up the oldest part of central Helsinki. Landmarks and famous buildings surrounding the square are the Helsinki Cathedral, the Government Palace, main building of the University of Helsinki and the Sederholm House, the oldest building of central Helsinki dating from 1757.

Helsinki Cathedral

Step onto the stairs to take a look at the Helsinki Cathedral in front of the Senate Square. It is a major landmark of Helsinki, and possibly the most famous structure in Finland as a whole when viewed globally!

Uspenski Cathedral

Completed in 1868 in the Katajanokka district of Helsinki, the Uspenski Cathedral is the largest orthodox church in Western Europe. With its golden cupolas and redbrick facade, the church is one of the clearest symbols of the Russian impact on Finnish history.

Kamppi Shopping Centre

Kamppi Shopping Centre is a joint station that integrates a new underground bus terminal and a metro station underneath its main building, which serves as a complex shopping centre. Your trip will start in front of Starbucks at its E-level by meeting up your guide there.

Porvoo

You will head to Porvoo by inter-city bus from Helsinki. It takes around 50 min to get there. Take a quick glance at this country from the bus window on your way there.

Porvoo Old Town

You will have a 3-hr guided tour in the Porvoo Old Town. It is the second oldest town in Finland. In addition to the popular spots, your guide will bring you walk deeply into this town to know more about the cultural, art, & historic aspects of this medieval town.

Porvoo Museum/Holm House

It is the oldest town hall in Finland. You will know the history of the Porvoo region, as well as traditional and industrial art. Albert Edelfelt, Ville Vallgren, Louis Sparre, A.W Finch and Saara Hopea.

Cathedral of Porvoo

Porvoo Cathedral took its present form at the end of the 15th century. It can accommodate 750 people and it can be reserved for baptisms, marriage ceremonies and funerals at the Parish Office.

Satama

You will go to the harbour by HSL ticket, and from here, take ferry to Tallinn, Estonia. Round-trip ticket fare is included in this tour.

Toolo Bay (Toolonlahti)

Töölönlahti is just next to the Helsinki Central Railway Station. The bay shore is one of the local's favourite route. It hosts the Helsinki City Marathon, and the paddle activities during the summer.

Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma

Kaisaniemi Park is located in the middle of the crossing-area of many places, including the Central Railway Station, the University of Helsinki city centre campus, and Töölönlahti. And from this park, you are almost getting to Hakaniemi - just cross the beautiful bridge in between them! Take a slow walk in this park during your own time and breathe fresh air into your lungs!
