We made the NY trip to Niagara Falls in December. The tour was wonderful, with beautiful scenery and endless photos. Attention of the guide Jackson and driver Yuan were exceptional, took our opinions into account to suit our tastes and needs. And they finally took us to our hotel. I highly recommend them.

A lovely trip with a very capable tour leader named June. June handled the multi cultured group with aplomb. June was able to explain the sights and activities with ease between Chinese and English. Even though this trip is only 5 days, it covers 5 very interesting and beautiful cities. Well worth the effort especially when you are in the capable hands of June. Well done June.

Kevin is such a wonderful guide! He made our trip to Montreal, Quebec City, and Mont-Tremblant unforgettable. The scenery was breathtaking, especially the mountain views at Mont Tremblant. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and always kept the tour fun and well-organized. We felt relaxed and truly enjoyed every moment. This was one of the most beautiful trips we’ve ever had — thank you, Kevin!

Though the itinerary was quite good and gave us ample opportunity to explore nature and Canadian cities, we had a very average tour. We made this booking considering that the tour language will be English as stated on Viator's website but the tour was actually bi-lingual and that too 80% in Chinese and 20% in English (though the tour guide tried his best to improve on the matter, but he, being a Chinese himself, was also helpless as he was always more comfortable speaking mostly in Chinese), hence we feel cheated. Similarly, while making the bookings, we had opted for Indian vegetarian meals for breakfast as also the stopovers at places where Indian vegetarian meal options are available, and this option is deemed to have been accepted by Viator if they accepted our bookings; however, in fact, the breakfast or the stopovers had no options for Indian vegetarian meals nereby. Moreover, on the first night of the tour, we were made to stay at Aloft Hotel at Buffalo, who served us with packed box of breakfast having only one piece of hash brown in the name of vegetarian meal. Hence, we, being vegetarians, were starving all through the tour inspite of the fact that there is no dearth of Indian vegetarian food in America and Canada simply because the tour was ill-planned by Viator and its tour operators. Last but not the least, Viator, on its website and subsequent confirmations, gave us time of 7:00 am at the meeting point i.e. 69, Chrystie St, NY though actually as per the itinerary of its own tour operator it was actually 8:00 am and therefore we were stranded on the road for almost 1 hour in the early morning. Hence, we are also considering legal options to initiate appropriate proceedings against Viator as well as its tour operator for the mental trauma and huge financial loss suffered by us due to breach of contract on their part.

Why were us 2 Americans on a tour with 53 Chinese speaking tourists? The tour guide did all she could to make us comfortable, but everyone (us included) wondered how this happened. Had I not had a travel companion (she decided to go well after I'd booked solo), I would've spent the entire trip eating and exploring alone. This was not ok. That being said, the trip was well worth the $$. However, I will ask more questions next time, ad I may very well be traveling solo.

I enjoyed the tour because it combined nature sightseeing with visits to Canadian cities. I also really liked our group, the driver, and the tour guide. Sammy was both amusing and kind. I will definitely recommend the tour to my friends.

June Li is an entertaining guide and Rashawn Taylor is a terrific driver. Trip Advisor should make it clear that this is a bi-lingual tour.

Boris was a great, friendly and helpful guide. The tour is also great and you will manage to see a lot in a few days. The tour is however aimed for Asian people since a lot of the lunches/dinners were Chinese buffets.

The tour is fully packed and very organized. Our guide, Boris, did a very great job providing insights on each location, explaining the tour, keeping us entertained while in the bus, and ensuring all goes well and according to the plan.
