First couple of days very nice. Only 3 of us on board. Day 3 Motel Grampian horrible. Terrible odor in the room and when I complained, I was given something like a Lysol spray. Day 4 and 5 put on tours that were not correct. We thought that we were traveling as a group for,5 days. Not happy about that. If I wanted to travel like that, I would have booked it myself. Never received the Chinese food and instead of the winery, out on a tour to another animal sanctuary. The hotel in Melbourne, the Ibis was filthy dirty. Again a bad odor in the first room and writing on the walls in the second. Very disappointed because Colin left after day 3 and that's not what we signed up for.
