Sit back and enjoy the gentle slopes, winding country roads and Caribbean-like views on a Traverse City Wine Tour. The Magic Shuttle Bus is a chauffeur service with an entire fleet ready to take your group around Old Mission Peninsula.
The 45th parallel, is home to the worlds most famous wine-making regions AND Traverse City. Grapevines planted in the region enjoy the perfect amount of sunlight for optimal growth. The booking description is misleading. It advertises a premium limo bus, but what we actually got were old school buses. Our driver, Todd, was friendly and personable, but the driving itself was honestly scary. He drove much faster than expected, causing us to slide around on the seats, and he repeatedly had his phone out on his leg flipping through music while speeding along the narrow Traverse Peninsula roads. We hit the rumble strips several times, which didn’t help anyone feel safer. This is also not a private tour. They waited for roughly 60 people to check in and then loaded everyone into buses together, which was not what we thought we were paying for. While it wasn’t the worst tour I’ve ever been on, I wouldn’t recommend it and I wouldn’t go again.

We had an amazing time on our wine tour! Mr. Frizzle was our bus driver/ host. He was so knowledgeable and personable. We went to four wineries. The day was beautiful. The stops were well paced. Highly recommend this experience.

I feel that there was false advertising for this tour. It states this as a "Luxury Limo Bus" which is completely misleading. It is a school bus type with very basic, airplane style seats with cup holders only mounted to the walls. Some cup holders were broken too. Plus, there was no ice in the cooler provided, and the heat on the bus was not impressive. I feel that for the price we paid, we should have truly had a "luxury limo" type experience. When we pulled into the parking lot, my friends literally laughed at the "let's go to summer camp" blue, beat up buses. I honestly thought we were in the wrong pick up place. I was embarrassed to be the one who booked this tour and felt bad for the awful, bouncy ride we had to endure.
