The whole trip from beginning to end went seamlessly. We were a group of four and all our tours included no other tourists. This made it a much better experience. Our driver/guide, Munther, was excellent. It definitely is a bucket list tour.

We enjoyed all of the stops on this trip. Munther, our driver for the whole trip, made it especially informative and easy. He had great suggestions and alternate ideas for saving time. Always on time Munther got us to the sites at times that were cooler and with less crowds. Because of the Hamas- Israel conflict crowds were considerable smaller which was too our advantage.

The sights were amazing and our guide, Munther, was very helpful. His van was always clean and ready for the days trip. The crowds we expected, were not there which made viewing the sites much easier and enjoyable. Jordan is very safe to travel in any many people understand at least enough English to get by.

The whole trip was well planned and organized. Especially Mr. Khalid , the driver was excellent, efficient, experienced and safe . His presence made a lot of difference from our experience in Egypt. Will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends. He took us to extra places which no one else may do.

A group of three of us had been looking forward to visiting the key sites in Jordan for a number of years. In the past we have always planned our own itineraries and managed ourselves. However we saw a tour advertised on Viatours and realised that it almost did what we wanted. I contacted Zaid tours and they came up with an itinerary that was exactly what we wanted and at a good price. From being met at the airport with our visa paperwork, the hotels, trips, local guides were all excellent. The car was comfortable and Basel our driver very soon became an accommodating friend and small adjustments to plans were made throughout the week, either at our request or because it seemed more sensible. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

This is a very well coordinated tour and probably the best way to see a ton of Jordan without doing the huge hassle of planning. My driver, Ahmed, spoke excellent English and gave me a ton of insight into the local culture, landmarks and cuisine. Every landmark we visited came with it's own tour guide. The 4x4 drive through Wadi Rum was incredible as they even take you to the sight where they filmed the movie The Martian with Matt Damon. My tour guide at Petra knew his material and took some awesome photos for me. The Roman ruins in Jerash were also unforgettable. My tour guide there was one of the best ones I've ever had. His delivery of information, knowledge and presentation was superb. I wish remembered his name. The Amman West Hotel is also modern hotel with all the amenities you would need. All in all, well coordinated tour with well trained guides and excellent driver. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Jordan's main tourist attractions.

A very special tour, though, as the group were all of a certain age, it was very tiring. Our driver was excellent, and a big shout out to Omar, our guide in Petra. Our only criticism was with dinner at the Olive Tree Hotel, Amman, on our last 2 nights, when there were weddings and other parties going on, hotel residents were treated as though they were a nuisance. On our final night we were served a reheated meal exactly the same as we had had the previous night. Viator, please give a choice of room options at the booking stage, we were a group of friends that did not want double rooms. I tried to correct this on 3 occasions, but on arrival at each hotel, the driver had to sort it out on our behalf.

I made a great friend with the driver. I lost my glasses at Petra station and he went out of his way to find someone to retrieve and deliver back to Amman. He also took me out to dinner when I didn't feel like dining at the hotel. It was trunforgettable thanks to the Jordanian hospitality I enjoyed.
