Continuing the success of our first branch in Hanoi, we proudly introduce Da Nang branch offering foreign friends a culinary voyage through Central Vietnam's local recipes and culture. Join us! It's not just just a cooking activity, it's also an immersive cultural experience. Let's savor and share the flavors of middle Vietnam.
Our class includes a market visit where you can learn about local products and understand thoroughly the stories behind each dish.
Our menu choice for the join-in class is diverse and well balanced including both popular and well-known delicious dishes in the local, that we want to introduce to you. The menu is also selected based on its flexibility so we can adjust the class to meet each dietary requirements.

What To Expect
Meet-up at our address at number 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street 10 minutes before starting time. Visit the nearby market to learn about local produce and shop for the necessary ingredients. Come back to our kitchen and start cooking 5 dishes, join-in class menu includes: Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xeo, Tam Huu fresh roll, young jackfruit salad, Da Nang avocado ice-cream or vegetarian version for vegetarians. Enjoy the meal made by you together with some fruits, rice vodka and chat with our instructor to know more about the local life. Receive cook book and certificate. Class ends.

5.00Such a treat! Hailey’s cooking class and market tour was the perfect way to spend the evening. The market visit was informative and I got to try so many new fruits and veg when cooking (great veg recipes). It was a small-group, hands-on, and so delicious. Hailey is warm, welcoming, and made sure everyone felt included. Every dish we made was delicious and I was full up by the end, I had to take a little box with me. If you’re traveling alone and love good food, don’t miss this.

5.00Our host Hailey was amazing from start to finish😎 we learnt everything from what to buy to what ingredients we used for the 5 amazing dishes. Great atmosphere and lots of fun, all the staff were amazing and our meal was Out The Gate!! Great night with a fabulous teacher ❤️

5.00Our experience was hosted by the wonderful Vy. She was amazing, made the cooking class into an experience you can’t buy anywhere else - we chatted about culture, sports, politics and of course food. Vy is so knowledgeable about everything and leave you with a better understanding for Vietnam, its food and with a very full belly of yummy food. Highly recommend!

5.00It was such a fun cooking class! The market is so close that you can visit it in a compact way. I also liked the fact that there were so many staff members who helped us and they cleaned up quickly. I'm also happy that you get a recipe book at the end. Our teacher Hayley was very kind and polite 👍

5.00I worked with Hailey and it was the most amazing experience. She had perfect English so communication was smooth and she was very knowledgeable about all the ingredients and culture and history. The preparation was all fun hands on, sanitary, and well paced. The meal at the end of the experience was one of the best meals I've ever had in Viet Nam. 100% would recommend booking.
