Book this half-day option for a sight-seeing tour in any compass direction out of Melbourne (north-south-east-west, including hills or bay) with single or multiple destinations, depending on the direction taken out of Melbourne.
Think: wineries and craft breweries, country cafés and pubs, art galleries and sculpture parks, botanical gardens, scenic roads, coastal areas and beaches, picnics, historic towns, hills as well as walks.
Also think locations: The Dandenongs, Yarra Valley, Port Phillip Bay, goldfields, the peninsulas, Phillip Island, Surf Coast.

5.00The car, mostly original well maintained, comfortable smooth ride and quiet with a rumble to bring you back to the day. The owner John was like hanging out with an old freind, cruising around with a knowledge of Melbourne and his car that made 3 hours just fly by. We let John choose make the destination choices and we weren’t disappointed, from downtown, to up and down the coast line and then to charming neighborhoods with a vibe all there own. You can choose your own path, John reached out the day before and asked if we had any destinations in mind, great communication. I’d recommend this just to ride in this great car, then you get John to drive you around and tell you about his town. Two thumbs up for this tour and thank you John!

5.00This was an amazing experience and a unique way to get to know the city. John was very knowledgeable about the city and dropped us off at Queen Victory Market at the end of our excursion. From start to finish, the drive was excellent. His classic car was spotless! He showed great pride in his ability to show us the beautiful city of Melbourne.

5.00Wonderful Kind knowledgeable about the Melbourne area. My husband and I loved hearing his story on how he fell in love with this place. It was nice to have a local person show us around. He picked us up right at the end of the pier. Communication with John was amazing. Don’t hesitate to give him a try.

5.00The trip was so unique, and the best way to do a day trip of my travels around the world. I was able to customise the day visiting areas that typically a bus trip is unable to accommodate. The '56 Chevrolet is so brilliantly restored and stylish and makes for a memorable experience and great day out. I would do it again and highly recommend it to anyone.

5.00What a wonderful way to spend a day. While perfect for a tourist this adventure is just as perfect for a Melbourne local. Revisiting places you know and love from the back seat of an old classic car, while the charming driver John shares his passion for both Chevy’s and Melbourne, was such a delight. I will definitely go driving again with d’Luxe Classic Car Tours.
