Guided by Keiko, who has over 20 years of experience teaching Japanese cooking, you’ll learn to make nigiri sushi, crispy tempura, homemade miso soup made with her own homemade miso, traditional wagashi sweets, and prepare your own bowl of matcha. This private, hands-on cooking class includes personalized instruction, insights into Japanese food culture, printed recipes, and photos and videos of your experience to help you recreate the dishes and remember your time in Japan.
