I had an amazing safari experience and was very happy to meet Ken. He is a truly interesting and knowledgeable guide who introduced us to all kinds of animals along the way, making the journey both fun and educational. The trip was filled with joy and laughter, and I was lucky enough to fulfill my dream of seeing the Big Five. I feel very fortunate and look forward to meeting Ken again next time. By then, I will be a good student — I can already recite the names of the Big Five by heart.

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing our safari experience was with Jungleroam Adventures and our guide, Francis . We traveled through Amboseli, lake naivasha, lake Nakuru national park and Masai Mara national reserve . Each place was uniquely special and spectacular and every single person we met was incredibly kind and welcoming. All of the staff members truly went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and helpfulness. From the office staff that helped us plan our trip and personalize whichever aspects we liked, to Francis the guide / driver who picked us up and adjusted to our schedule when our first flight was cancelled, to the lodge staff and everyone was a pleasure to meet. All of our accommodations were beautiful and the food was very good as well. It was so nice to have everything taken care of including transportation, permits, meals and lodging. Well worth the cost! We had especially memorable experiences at The Keekorok Lodge, where hippos 🦛 play at the pool and where we heard lions, zebras and Cape buffalo right outside our lodge at night! Thank you Jungleroam for helping us book these unreal lodge experiences. Our guide, Francis , was highly knowledgeable and a safe, skilled driver even on the most difficult roads. He was helpful, hardworking, good-natured and patient with us, answering all of our questions and always slowing down when he knew there was an animal we found especially interesting or speeding up when he could sense we were ready to move on. He did a wonderful job knowing exactly where to look and finding animals for us - we will never forget the unbelievable encounters that we had, some up close and personal! He even helped us practice our Swahili and he taught us some songs. After seeing our photos and hearing about our experience, many of our friends and family now want to go on safari as well! Thank you Jungleroam Adventures and guide Francis for an awesome and unforgettable experience.

We traveled as friends and chose jungle roam safaris for our 6 days safari in Kenya, and we would choose them again a thousand times over. From our very first request for information, they were always incredibly punctual with their replies and constantly made sure to fully understand what we were expecting from the safari, in order to guarantee us the best possible experience. Beyond organizing the parks and safari areas, as well as the overnight accommodations, jungle roam provided us with every possible piece of information regarding any curiosity or doubt we had. Truly outstanding support. As for the safari itself, it is difficult to put into words all the emotions we experienced during this incredible journey. What we know for sure is that it would not have been the same without our amazing guide Francis . Francis is not only a very friendly and genuinely funny person, but also a true living encyclopedia when it comes to African wildlife. Throughout the safari we asked him countless questions, and he always answered with enthusiasm, often adding even more fascinating details. His knowledge is not limited to animals alone, but also extends to the flora — absolutely incredible. What impressed us the most is that Francis seems to know every single road, track, and area of the parks by heart, in a way that is honestly hard to believe. During the entire safari, he managed to transmit his deep love for nature and for this land, and thanks to his extraordinary experience, he gifted us with truly rare sightings. We were told that seeing a leopard on safari is quite rare… well, thanks to Francis we saw one of them! Not to mention the black rhinos in lake Nakuru national park, cheetahs in Masai Mara and Amboseli, and countless other extraordinary encounters. Francis was also always extremely attentive to every one of our needs throughout the safari and during the game drives. Thank you, Francis , for your kindness, your humor, and your incredible expertise! Another fundamental thing was Every single meal — from breakfast to lunch and dinner — was freshly cooked just before each occasion and perfectly organized so we could enjoy great food wherever we were during the game drives. All the dishes were absolutely delicious, and every day we were surprised by varying menu, cooked food not only local dishes but even Chinese ones. Everything was truly excellent! Our safari took place in February 2026 and included amboseli, lake naivasha crescent island , lake Nakuru national park and Masai Mara national reserve . All the accommodations were incredible, with a special mention for Kibo camp where we fell asleep at night to the sounds of hyenas, lions, and elephants , as well as Keekorok lodge in the heart of Masai Mara which was an absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable place. We could talk for hours about this magnificent experience, but words would still not do it justice. Thank you, Jungleroam safaris and Francis —we are certain this is only a see you again.

The accommodation was also impressive. The hotel in Nakuru offered delicious meals, and the beautiful scenery at Mountain View Camp in Amboseli was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a wonderful and great-value travel experience that I would highly recommend.
