1.00I wish we had the experience that the other reviews have shared. We did not. This tour was subcontracted out to another vendor. The pro: got around safely Cons: The driver was visibly ill coughing and admitting he had been sick all week. He was coughing into his hands and touching his face. He never asked choice of music and constantly changed the songs. In 6 hours, we may have completed 5 songs total before they changed them. Upon entering the vehicle we were given a document to sign that stated we would have and open zero food or drinks in the vehicle after I made sure to ask Napa SUV if we could bring our own. It was not restricted to alcohol but literally any food or drink. The SUV had clearly not been cleaned between users as it needed a solid vacuuming. We received no valuable info about Napa or vineyards other than where "the Kardashians get drunk". Instead, they told us a winery had many wines over a 100 rating... which is impossible given the rating system is out of 100. We felt rushed as if he just wanted the tour to be over and constantly said things about lines everywhere despite encountering no lines anywhere. Plenty of false warnings about lines. For first timers in Napa, this was a complete letdown. Find out your driver and real company before you hit the road. Do your research before booking.

5.00The driver showed us the area with wonderful detail. They have lived here over 20 years and gave us great background on many wineries, towns, property owners, etc we could never have gleaned on our own. The knowledge will help us as we return to the area as well. Driver had knowledge of which wineries charged a lot and which didn’t, what you get for your money in many of them etc. My wife and I could have only gotten this knowledge if we called each of them in advance. Had great lunch recommendations etc. We highly recommend this company for you wine tour. Worth every penny

5.00I booked a 6 hour driver with Napa Valley SUV since we had three wine tastings scheduled. Kevin arrived on time in an immaculate SUV. We had the day planned and Kevin kept to the itinerary. He was courteous and a careful driver. We felt very safe. Napa Valley SUV was easy to work with. I would highly recommend using this service.

5.00Our husband and wife drivers with Napa Valley SUV were fantastic. One drove us on Friday and the other on Saturday. They were on time, knew Napa well enough to avoid traffic in the morning and afternoon, the vehicle was clean, they took our pictures in front of amazing places so we could all be in pictures, told us a lot about the area, SUV was always there when we were ready to leave a stop, and we got home safe.
