The most popular attraction is the Sky Terrace 428, a 360-degree viewing platform that provides visitors with a stunning bird's eye view of Hong Kong. The terrace is located on the rooftop of the Peak Tower, a striking building that features unique architecture, shopping, and dining options.

We had been to Happy Valley Races on previous trips to Hong Kong and couldn't find any tours so, we contacted Jackie at This is Asia Tours and they put together a fantastic tour just as we requested. Pick up at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in a private vehicle driven by Andrew. Drop off right at the entrance to Happy Valley Race Course , tickets to Terrace Bend Buffet Dinner and Pick up at 10pm and return to Kai Tak. We received instructions via Whats App that even had pictures of Pick Up and Drop off points. A marvelous evening organised just as we asked.

This tour was booked by our travel agent on Viator. Our guide for the day was Sydney, and she was absolutely wonderful. She contacted us the night before to confirm the pick-up. The dismemberment from our cruise ship was extremely chaotic. Off in the distance in the crowd I stopped Sydney holding up my name on her sign while other tour operators were outside the terminal. What really made for the great day was that Sydney was only the guide and we had a driver for the van. This made for very smooth drop-offs and pick-up in crowded areas. Sydney offered us numerous options for the 6 hours and said she could accommodate whatever we wanted. At every stop she stayed with us to explain everything and to assist with translation. We stayed the extra day in Hong Kong in hopes of seeing as much as possible and this tour did that for us. This tour was expensive, but it was worth it. I recommend it.

We booked the Lantau Island and Big Buddha tour with Jacky from This is Asia Tours. From the beginning, Jacky was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. The day before the tour, our guide, Liz contacted me to check in. She and the driver met us at the Hong Kong port and off we went on an amazing journey of Lantau Island, Big Buddha and Tai O fishing village. We absolutely loved Liz. She was extremely knowledgeable , a super conversationalist, and just full of personality. She was fun, caring and just made the tour so delightful. She made us feel like part of her family. I highly recommend Liz and This is Asia Tours when you come to Hong Kong.

Liz our guide and Tom the driver were excellent guides. Even with a rainstorm they managed to find a full and fun itinerary and even get us to a view point that wasn’t in the clouds. Brilliant service I hope to come back and use their services again

We had just over half a day in Hong Kong at the end of our cruise . It was so interesting. Jacky picked 6 of us up, together with all of our luggage. He firstly took us to Victoria Harbour - there he explained the history and culture, which gave us context for the rest of the day. Jacky then took us to the financial district, fisherman’s village, Kowloon market, etc - we packed a lot in. Jacky was so knowledgeable, calm, relaxed , explaining things to us all the time. Then he took us to the airport for our flight. The perfect guide, and we definitely want to return to Hong Kong for longer next time!

We can not say enough about Jacky. Our pick up at the cruise terminal went seamlessly as we set off to tour Hong Kong Island. Jacky is genuine and full of Hong Kong history. What makes Jacky so great is he really wants to immerse you into the culture of Hong Kong not just see the incredible views. He had us try different street foods and took us for a dim sum experience. You will not regret booking a tour with Jacky. He is the BEST!

Jacky provided us with a brilliant personal service, picking us up from the cruise terminal and taking us on a journey that took in many different parts of Hong Kong. Along the way he kept us very well informed of the city’s history and culture and brought it all to life by taking us to fascinating locations both on and off the beaten track. It was difficult to believe it was only a half-day tour, which Jacky finished off by taking us to a lunch venue which combined a vast array of authentic food with an amazing view of this stunning city. Jacky was friendly, courteous and informative throughout the tour (not to mention a pretty nifty driver!) and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a more personal and customisable view of Hong Kong.

This tour was great. Many stops along the way. Time did feel a bit short at the later stops but overall a great experience. I would recommend for 1st time visitors.
