What To Expect
Guests arrive to the site at 10am where they will be greeted with a hot beverage and fresh local fruit then be left to acclimate to the landscape and explore at their own pace before gathering to be gently guided through meditation, breathwork & flow through deep stretch session with our resident instructor. After awakening from savasana guests will be met with a wholesome local meal prepared by our resident chef followed by healing massages performed by our resident massage therapist.

5.00The unique combination of activities, the host is very conscientious of how to put together something like this from the spot, to the food, the yoga, the massage and the people. it was a much needed retreat 10/10 will do again
