Juan Ponce de Leon Home (Casa de Juan Ponce de Leon)
An unforgettable historical experience, the house of Juan ponce de Leon is the very beginning of the man that would go on to conquer Puerto Rico, Discover Florida and find the fountain of youth. Here in the Dominican Republic, we get to experience his first charge as a commander in this small, relatively unknown museum.
Our second stop is a big beautiful cave full of life, history and mysteries. we bring flashlights to hunt for Tiano Petroglyphs carved into the rock, as well as animals such as giant spiders, small bats and predatory owls!

5.00My wife and I took the Boca de Yuma excursion with Alex for our honeymoon and had an amazing time! Alex is very knowledgeable and has great relationships with the locals, which allows you to see what everyday life is like in the DR. Swimming in the cenote was probably the highlight of our trip. He was very generous, and we would highly recommend taking one of his tours!
