Picture yourself cruising through the Napa or Sonoma Valley’s headed for an amazing 6-hour or + VIP Wine Tour. The beauty of the region surrounds you. You chose a few wineries you’d like to see & your anticipation grows. Or if you dare, we challenge you to allow us to choose a tour for you. We have 20+ years’ experience in the region & we’d like nothing more than to help you plan your tour from start to finish. We’ll guide you to family-owned wineries where you’ll hear from the owners about their production process & enjoy tastings & valley hospitality at each stop. You can even visit a beautiful castle & fabulous high-end wineries, each one will make your wine tasting experience memorable. Your tour generally consists of visiting 3-4 wineries & includes a lunch stop of your choice, a picnic, a burger, fish tacos or a wonderful sit-down lunch at a restaurant of your choice. We will be happy to make recommendations & reservations wherever you like.

5.00Absolutely recommend Mia and A Limo Excursion for your wine tasting needs! We are four time repeat customers, and keep coming back for a reason. Mia is easy to work with, has amazing drivers who make the day run like clockwork (shout out to Eddie!) and will curate a winery agenda that fits your tastes, budget and wants - important given how many options there are to choose from!! Mia handles everything from an itinerary suggestion to booking the tastings and lunch - she is also flexible and works hard to accommodate changes as necessary where she can. Most importantly, she has steered us to some of the best, small boutique wineries to try that we never would have found on our own. Highly recommend A Limo Excursion for your wine tour needs!
A No Show Despite several attempts and channels - DO NOT USE

1.00A Limo Excursions left my clients high and dry yesterday. I am a US based travel advisor. I booked a tour with A Limo Excursions for one of my best clients from the East Coast to take her family wine tasting in Napa. I booked her 12 hour tour (14 passenger van) for her party of 9. This reservation was made through Viator through my travel agent account 7 months ago. I immediately reached out to A Limo in the viator app asking for guidance and attempting to partner with them in the way that works best - " Should I book the wine tastings for my client or do you prefer to do so?" I filled out their form and then on the Viator messenger system last winter - they reached out confirming the reservation. I was diligent in re-confirming 2 months out and was told it was confirmed. I went ahead and finalized the clients' tastings for their multi-generational celebration. I again followed up in the viator app and spoke with Edward by phone twice. Neither time did I get really solid/direct answers other than, "you are confirmed". I had a pit in my stomach the night prior to my clients reservation as 99% of viator providers reach out the night prior to confirm and I hadn't heard back. I set an early alarm and called the phone number "day of" to confirm my client's driver. Edward picked up and said, "Oh, Linda! Yes we have her today. Let me call the driver and see where he is" And then Edward never called back." I received a text 10 mins after the scheduled pickup time for my client saying, "Big mix up on our end. I'm going to have to send a full refund and cancel the ride". No call back. No response or explanation. Certainly - no solution. They had my clients reservation via Viator. We had text messages and phone calls (multiple I might add). And they took full payment a month prior for approximately $1500. My client was left with 9 people standing outside their Airbnb in the heat and no way to get to their scheduled appointments. I realize there are much more complex issues in the world but this is my livelihood and from one small business owner to another - this is a disappointment. I am lucky to have an understanding client with little desire to ruin my reputation but the time & money it cost to fix this is unacceptable. I don't want another advisor to run into this same challenge with no communication or solution. Also I checked to see if the A Limo website still exists and it simply states, "this account has been suspended" on their homepage. Please do not put your trust in this company. A simple call back or even an apology would have made yesterday a lot better but I guess I am expecting too much on that front. Avoid at all costs.

5.00We were 4 couples and did a 10 hour day trip in Napa Valley. 3 wineries and a stop for lunch, also pick up and drop off in Roseville! We had a wonderful time! Edward was so easy to work with and informative!

5.00This is absolutely the best transportation company in Napa region! I have used them multiple times and will continue to do so! Edward was our driver this time and he was superb! Professional, timely, and knowledgeable are just a few words to describe Edward. He treated me and our guests like royalty and we will not forget it. If you are looking for transportation while in Napa area, do yourself a favor and trust both Mia and Edward. 5 stars across the board

5.00Recently booked with Mia for a friends Bachelor party. Mia was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to all our needs. We went to Napa and did some wine tasting based on her recommendations, and every place was spot on. Mia is also very knowledgeable and knows the history of the area. As the day went on and the more we drank, of course we got a little rowdy. Mia was very patient with us. Even with the 100 photo requests we had. Towards the end she took us to a great restaurant and even joined us for dinner. The van was nice and clean her service and hospitality was the best. We will definitely book with her again and I suggest anybody coming to Napa to book with them. Thanks again Mia
