River Shannon

Tour-Guests always enjoy a crossing of the river Shannon by ferry. An extra expense for our company, but it's always worth it to give our guests an extra 30 minutes off the tour bus in the fresh air and save perhaps one hour driving time between Galway and Killarney. It's fun to get out in the open fresh air and go up on deck and possibly see the dolphins swimming in the Shannon estuary. A 30 minute crossing.

Kenmare

Enjoy time in Ireland's most charming small village. A national winner of our famous 'Tidy Towns' competition. You'll have ample time to explore the colourful boutique shops and perhaps the ancient & mystical stone circle.

Torc Waterfall

Enjoy a short 15 minute gentle hike to Ireland's most beautiful waterfall, found deep in the lush native woodland.

Muckross House, Gardens & Traditional Farms

Enjoy a self-guided tour of this magnificent mansion. Learn how the Anglo-Irish gentry lived in luxury during the politically turbulent 1800s. Walk through the bedrooms where Queen Victoria herself slept during her famous tour to Killarney 150 years ago and perhaps brave the Victorian nursery where a unique collection of somewhat spooky porcelain dolls look on :) Afterwards relax in the magnificent gardens and perhaps hug the 800 year old Oak tree..
