Moremi Game Reserve

Experience Moremi Game Reserve Our safari departs from Maun, boarding our safari cars heading to Moremi Game Reserve. We will break off for a light lunch on our journey to Moremi and make some rounds in search of some animals, passing through lagoons and pools along the river channels as well as flat plains. We will then make our way to camp late afternoon as we reflect on our sightings at camp. Upon arrival, we will freshen up and thereafter do camp activities depending on timing (this ranges from traditional cooking master classes. You will be treated to a hot shower in the privacy of your in-suite tent and proceed to enjoy your campfire dinner. Guests will then retreat to their 3.5 x 4.68m tent (meru tent) equipped with a stretcher bed, a veranda and an attached bathroom with flush-able toilet & shower.

On the second day of the tour, you will get to explore Moremi Game Reserve and soak in what it has to offer. With longer game drives and down time in the afternoon.

Okavango Delta

Enjoy the Okavango Delta Rise and shine to say goodbye to the most amazing landscapes with great memories to carry away. We will head out to access the renowned Moremi Game Reserve for some great game viewing on our way back to Maun where we will head to the mokoro station. We will board our mokoro for a leisurely trip to our campsite where we will have lunch and enjoy a hard-earned riverside siesta moment. It is truly a wilderness and a great soothing experience. We will then embark on a 2 -3 hour late afternoon nature walk. Upon return to the camp, you will be treated to a hot camp shower before proceeding to dinner around a campfire. For us, campfire forms a critical part of the experience. We will share our heritage with you and you will share yours with us. A telescope will enhance your experience of the night under the stars.

Okavango Delta

On this day you will enjoy the Okavango delta with longer mokoro rides coupled with bird and game viewing. There will be a late afternoon mokoro ride with great views of the sunset.

Central Kalahari Game Reserve

Explore the Central Kalahari Game Reserve Rise and shine to enjoy a light breakfast before we head-out to Central Kalahari Game Reserve to set camp in the Deception valley. During and shortly after good summer rains (September to January), the flat grasslands of the reserve’s northern reaches teem with wildlife, which gather at the best grazing areas. These include springbok and gemsbok, as well as wildebeest, hartebeest, eland and giraffe. At other times of the year, when the animals are more sparsely distributed, the experience of travelling through truly untouched wilderness, of seemingly unending dimensions, is amazing. We will arrive at camp to have lunch and enjoy an afternoon siesta. We will head out for an evening game drive & sunset within the Deception Valley. Upon return to the camp, you will be treated to a hot camp shower before proceeding to dinner around a campfire. You will then retreat to your tent for a goodnight in the wilderness.

Central Kalahari Game Reserve

This is the day to take it all in, spending the day in CKGR with longer game drives. Settling into the golden sunset with sundowners.
