visit Jerash; showcasing the grandeur of Imperial Rome, being one of the largest and most well preserved sites of Roman architecture in the World outside Italy. after the visit, transfer back to Amman. Overnight at hotel

Visit the Christian Town of Madaba, which is known as ‘The City of Mosaics’. You will be visiting the St. George Greek Orthodox Church, where you will see the masterpiece of Madaba (a Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land that goes back to the 6th century, showing Jerusalem and other cities), you will also visit the Archaeological Park, which houses the remains of several Byzantine churches, including the amazing mosaics of the Church of the Virgin. The park complex includes a school for the restoration and conservation of ancient mosaics.
Mount Nebo
We will then go to Mt. Nebo, which is considered to be one of the most important holy sites in Jordan, as it is believed to be the place where Moses climbed from the Valley of Moab, and from where God showed him the Promised Land, as well as Moses’ last resting place. It features ruins from the 4th to the 6th century with marvelous mosaics adorning the grounds of the church still visible.
Shobak Castle
Continue to Shobak where you can see Shobak Castle; an early 12th-century Crusader castle in barren surroundings. It is perched on the side of a rocky, conical mountain at 1,300m (4,265ft) above sea level, looking out over fruit trees below.

Jeep Tour inside the Wadi until sunset, where you can enjoy the sunset while drinking a cup of traditional Bedouin tea. Transfer to the campsite inside the desert. Dinner and overnight at camp.

5.00I reached out to four Jordan tour operators in planning my 6 day private tour of Jordan(Amman, Madaba, Mt. Nebo, Petra, Little Petra, Kerek Castle, Wadi Run and the Dead Sea.) I was very happy with the planning help, explanations and service from Esra Farasin before the trip. She is the reason I booked with Jordan Select. Esra’s high level of service set my expectations, and happily it carried through the entire trip. The one loose end I did have was who would be my guide at Petra for 4-5 hours. Esra told me that the assignment would occur at the visitor center, so I worried that the guide would not have been selected by Jordan Select. Fortunately, my excellent driver Sufian connected me to Sameer Hani, second generation Petra guide, who was terrific. Overall I am very pleased with the Jordan Select team, and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you Sufian and Esra!

5.00My wife and I have just returned from a superb, magical guided tour of Jordan organised by Jordan Select Tours over 7 days and 6 nights. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience - a true lifetime memory to treasure. We were met on arrival and taken seamlessly through passport and visa control and then were accompanied throughout by our driver/guide Essam, who was just fantastic - flawlessly well organised, knowledgeable, kind, humorous. From Jerash to the Dead Sea, from sensational Petra to Wadi Rum (we highly recommend the early morning hot air balloon ride), from Aqaba to Amman, Jordan is a land of incredible history, culture, religious tolerance, with the most wonderful and friendly people. We highly recommend without any reservation an organised personal itinerary by Jordan Select Tours (ideally accompanied by Essam!) and will be doing so to several of our friends and family! Thank you everyone for a totally fabulous experience!

5.00Thanks to the Jordan Select Tour staff, especially Victoria who followed us with great professionalism in creating our tour, always responding promptly to all our requests, was present throughout our stay. The trip was perfectly organized in every detail: from the reception at Amman airport to the last day on the Dead Sea. Our itinerary allowed us to discover all the wonders of the country — Amman, ancient Jerash, Madaba mosaics, Mount Nebo, beautiful Petra, the breathtaking desert of Wadi Rum and finally a well-deserved relaxation on the Dead Sea. Special thanks go to our guide Abdel and our driver Bojouk, who made the holiday extraordinary! Thanks to them we were able to taste the true life, traditions and hospitality of Jordan. Always punctual, helpful and smiling, they accompanied us with great professionalism. Abdel with his stories, both historical and traditional, has transformed this trip into something really special. We couldn't ask for anything better. An experience that we will carry in our hearts!

5.00We had an Excellent tour of Jordan over 7 days. Jordan is a fascinating country with inpressive sightseeing spanning Roman, ancient Nabatean, Biblical, Crusader and modern periods of history. Petra is indeed a wonder of the world, but Wadi Rum desert, and Jerash's preserved Roman ruins are memorable too. Jordan Select Tours helped us plan a wonderful 7 day itinerary. Driver/guide Alaa Salemeh was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable - and a terrific ambassador for his country. Ms Farraj accommodated little touches to tour the itinerary during the planning. Fady gave us a friendly reception at the airport. All in all a 5-star holiday, and we would heartily recommend Jordan and Jordan Select Tours to fellow travellers.

5.00My friend and I hired Jordan Selected Tour for a one week tour of the country. The service was outstanding. They communicated well and met all of our needs. The lady named Ola from their main office in Amman was attentive via email and explained to us how the process worked. Our driver Essam was respectful, attentive, cordial, and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Jordan.
