I had a 75-minute facial spa treatment that also included an amazing body massage, and honestly it was one of the most relaxing and luxurious experiences I’ve had in Hanoi. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and especially the kindness and dedication of the staff. They even gave Felipe, who was just accompanying me, the same massage treatment which we truly appreciated 🥹 The place is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. You can really feel the care they put into every client. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a high-quality experience in Hanoi ✨ Thank you again for such a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back 🤍

5.00The spa manager was delightful to correspond with, all arrangements were made prior on email. The establishment is 5 stars, the treatments relaxed, professional and regenerating. We booked a Tranquil Duo Retreat Package (230 minutes – for 2 guests) which was spectacular. Special bonus was to enjoy a drink by the rooftop pool. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful spa experience.
