Trip cancelled less than 24hrs before. 8+hrs of back and forth communication to rebook. Constant stress, zero empathy

I just got back from a week-long tour with this agency. I found myself very comfortable, the program is subject to change but is followed as proposed before departure, and in my case it was beneficial. They work with very good local agencies so I have made private trips and tours with these agencies according to schedule. Just coordinate gradually on schedules etc. but it is very simple. If you need them, they respond quickly. The accommodations were very nice. Great value for money.

This was a wild camping safari starting in Maun and ending at Victoria Falls. There were four of us. Our two guides Degree and KK made our safari the most memorable adventure ever. I have been on two others over the last twenty years. We were up every morning around 5am and out trekking animals on their natural environment. Our guide Degree said we were lucky as we managed to see all the main animals and birds. We even saw some of the more elusive birds and animas including an African wild cat and jackal. It is hit and miss what you see so it can be disappointing. You must remember that these animals are in their natural habitats so will always look for shade or shelter. Degree was incredibly sensitive to the wellbeing of the animals and the environment. He explained that he couldn’t go off road as it’s a government Initiative to protect the animals. I’m hoping that other guides take note, although they feel they have to impress their clients. Overall, this safari was outstanding because we had two outstanding guides that worked so well together and looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very well catered for and thoroughly enjoyed our experience
