Surrounded by the raw and natural beauty of Lapland, Finland, this experience offers a unique adventure with our husky team. Have you ever ridden an open husky sled? The thrill is incomparable. And you’ll be in control—yes, you’ll be the musher (the driver) of the husky sled! The only requirement is to be over 18 years old, but younger guests can join as passengers in the back seat.
Your fairytale—“dashing through the snow in a husky open sleigh”—begins here. Instead of bells, the dogs’ excited barks will jingle as they eagerly follow the trail through the vast, snow-covered Lapland forests. It’s truly magical, a dream come to life.
As a bonus, you’ll also have the chance to meet and enjoy the company of our friendly farm animals along the way.

What To Expect
Our guide with a minivan will take you from your accommodation in Rovaniemi to visit a husky kennel and other animals (Reindeers, Lapland Horses, Ducks, Sheep's, Lapland Ponies and more). There you will be instructed how to lead the sled safely. And you will be assigned a sled only after they check your clothes – they must be warm enough and windproof to survive the arctic temperatures, combined with the speed of the dogs. And your fairy tale...”dashing through the snow in a Husky open Sleigh” begins. Instead of bells the dogs’ barking will jingle, while they enthusiastically follow the trail through the crude, white-clad Lapland forests. It’s really fantastic, a dream come true. When the expedition is over, you will sit by the open fire, tired of positive emotions, and listen to the mushers in the kennel, who will share how they live and train the dogs. They will gladly answer all your questions.

5.00We booked at short notice and wanted to be picked up at the hotel and driven back again. Our hotel was a lot outside the pick-up zones. That worked out great with a totally fair price. Kami has us but picked up-instructed- Humorously entertained and brought back to the hotel. A trip that is only recommended - with Kami as guide🥰

Kami, our guide, made us a delicious barbecue and we learned interesting things about the farm! I definitely recommend it, the experience is unforgettable!

5.00Unique experience, it felt like being in another world. Amazing views, dogs all very affectionate. We had a group experience with 5 sledges where you go as a couple and halfway you exchange: those who drive sit down and those who were sitting guide. Pros: dogs all husky breed, super helpful guides, beautiful place, you drive independently the sled. Before the tour with the sleigh chance to visit the farm and immediately after barbecue with sausages, bread sweet biscuits, cranberry juice and marshmallows.

5.00Amazing experience! It was so magical and so much fun driving the sleds yourself. Host was amazing and great communication. 100% would recommend. Make sure you wrap up as it is cold! And seeing all the husky puppies was an nice bonus.

4.00The experience was good! Two guides on snowmobile where supervising us. The activity was 8 km long, it was a real experience on the iced lake surrounded by the Taiga. We expected a longer stay around the fireplace , and the lunch was a grilled sausage on the fire. The husky tour was authentic and the dogs very excited to carry us. We experienced both the driving and the sitting moments on the sledge. On the sledge the speed makes you feel even colder, we do suggest to dress an extra winter overall (the company can provide it) . We appreciated the pick up service.
