My family and I had an amazing time in Portugal! We travelled for Christmas and New Year and Carlos made the trip unforgettable. He was such a great host and was so knowledgable; we were blessed to have a great travel companion. Carlos did such a phenomenal job with the country that we are seriously considering retiring to Portugal! We will definitely use Carlos and Andre when we inevitably visit again. If you're on the fence about booking with Nomadinspitation, like they say at Nike, "Just Do It!"

Andre was great to communicate with and plan a trip to Portugal. We gave our needs, preferences and constraints, and he came back with a plan that worked perfectly for us. He was with us all the way, from meeting us at the airport when we landed to dropping us off at the airport. He know and clearly loves his country very much, and it shows in his passion sharing the knowledge. He tailored the pace and level of detail to suit our needs. I highly recommend this, if you ae looking for a great experience while enjoying a stress free trip.

We had an amazing time in Portugal thanks to Andre 😍. It was a 9 day tour, starting from Lisbon and then covering Sintra, Evora, Elvas, Obidos, Nazare, Coimbra, Douro Valley, Porto. He even drove us back from Seville to Lisbon at the end of our trip. Andre is not only the perfect guide because of his knowledge, communication skills, flexibility, responsiveness, punctuality but also his top notch driving skills! Boy can he maneuver those narrow streets 😉 He has an excellent sense of humor and we never had a dull moment with him. He is always looking out for us and going above and beyond. We had a totally safe, unforgettable trip with lasting memories. Lastly, Andre even surprised my husband by bringing cake and candle and celebrating his birthday on the bridge in Porto 🎂🤩 We miss our friend, Andre, and Portugal ❤️💚❤️

My wife and I booked a private 10 day road trip from Lisbon to Porto which included Salamanca and Santiago de Compestela (our own itinerary). In Portugal we visited Mafra, Peniche, Obidos, Tomar, Coimbra, Guarda, Braganca, Braga and Guimaraes. Our driver and guide was André and we couldn’t have hoped for anyone more professional nor knowledgeable. He was passionate about showing us his country and sharing its history. Throughout the tour he was always punctual, assisted with our luggage at hotels and was considerate of my mobility issues (bad knees!). Nothing was a problem. We ate at some beautiful restaurants which he arranged for us – we never would have found them if we had been self-driving. We loved that the days were flexible and that he was able to add little surprises – like our visit to the sleepy border town of Rio de Onor. This tour was an experience that we will always cherish. Thank you again André. If you are thinking about taking a guided tour of Portugal look no further than NomadInspirations!

What a fantastic experience! My family and I used NomadInspiration for our vacation in Portugal. Andre arranged all of our airport transfers and made sure that we made it where we need to go, despite situations that were outside of his control such as baggage claim issues as well as last minute hotel changes. When it came to the food tour itself he was a very knowledgeable guide: not just about the food, but also about Portuguese history and literature and had many recommendations for our leisure day. Luis accompanied us from Lisbon to Sintra and Porto. It was evident that these were places in Portugal that he loved and he wanted to share that enthusiasm with us. With Luis, you got the feeling that you were a friend of the family visiting from abroad and he wanted to share all of his favorite places with you. Not to mention that he is also a photographer and knows all the spots to take the best picture! It was a great vacation overall and I know we will definitely be in touch with NomadInspiration the next time we're in Portugal! (P.S. We traveled as a family with adult children, but that wasn't an option in the menu below!)
