In the morning visit the Paro Rinpung Dzong fortress overlooking the beautiful Paro river. Visit Kyichu Lhakhang – believed to be the oldest Buddhist temple in Bhutan built during the 8th century. Drive towards town and visit the Dungtse Lhakhang: The uniqueness of this temple lies in the fact that it is in the form of a chorten, one of the very few that exists in Bhutan. Alternatively, if you feel like a short easy hike, I recommend the Zuri Dzong hike that takes about 1 hour to reach Uma Paro Hotel from where you will be driven to town. Explore the town in the evening on foot, and visit handicrafts shops along the street to appreciate Bhutanese craftsmanship and Art works. Watch a game of archery match played in Bhutanese style over a range of 120m archery range, and filled with fun and frolic.

This was a trip to unknown, country that most couldn't even find on the map. The team did a great job in showing us the beauty of their home. We were welcomed like most important guests, taken care during the whole stay by the driver an guide (big thank you Karma and Shacha). Our stay was planned in details but even though they were flexible to do changes on go. What we saw and what we learned about the culture of Bhutan will stay in us forever. Amazing experience thanks to Bhutan Travel Club.

BTC have been amazing in arranging our trip. They were first of all very quick in response which made me choose them amongst other operators, as I knew I don't want wait forever to hear back. They were very good in suggesting alternatives and adjusting itinerary to our needs. Then once on the ground we were met by fantastic guide and a driver, who looked after us from the moment we landed to waving good byes. Our guide Karma was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of informations with us. Our driver Shacha's save driving made us feel relaxed along windy roads. They were always professional but at the same time very friendly which made us feel comfortable and simply enjoy our time in Bhutan. They all made it an amazing experience we will never forget! Highly recommend!

The Best way to describe Bhutan, and the BTC Team ? Wow. From the start of the contact with BTC, all the way through to getting on our plane, the communications were excellent and we had confidence all was well organised. We (two adults) had an 11 day tour booked, Bijay was our guide and Mr Chitem our driver. We had chose a private tour, the perfect holiday. We saw many other groups in minivans, and felt privileged to have such a specialised tour organised for us. We travelled from Paro through to Central Bhutan. We were so well looked after, it was just unbelievable. One day we were treking along a path, and after coming around the corner, there was Mr Chitem, sitting there waiting for us on the side of a hill with a picnic and hot coffee. We ended up with so many photos, but one of my favorites, the selfie of us with our guide and driver, they really made that trip special. I cannot thank the team enough, Thank You Pelden, Bijay and Mr Chitem, what a Team.

From start to finish our trip with Bhutan Travel Club was amazing. Our guide SP and our driver were knowledgeable, professional, but better yet they were everyday people. Friendly, generous and funny. The country and the culture are breathtaking and astounding. We want to go back. I so respect the way of life in Bhutan. Bhutan is a must. The only thing we would have done differently is stayed longer. Thank you😄🩷

We traveled three couples and since arriving at the airport in Paro everything was great. Guide Bjay and driver Suba were our hosts all along and the chemistry with them was magical. Places, temples and mountains left us open every moment. Although the visa is expensive, I understand that they do it to maintain a different and non-globalized country. I'll repeat with them for sure.

Amazing experience. Thanks to BTC we live the real Butan. Already, the country captivates you but experiences like living in the house of some relatives and ending up singing and dancing together, is priceless. Places where we were alone, infecting the environment and lifestyle of the locals. The stay at the Happines farm where we feel the closeness of her owner. Hikes at the leisurely pace of this country. Mixing with their customs... in short we live intensely those 9 days. Our driver, very prudent and professional. Friendly, very familiar and with a sense of humor, all this made the car journeys wonderful. And our guide, I have no words to describe you; super professional, knowledgeable about many stories/fables/anecdotes of your country. Helpful, attentive to everything, charismatic, prankster, good talker even good singer ... made us enjoy every moment of the trip. Without a doubt, this trip without the two of them would have been different. Without a doubt, the best choice to meet Butan hand in hand with Buthan Traveller Club

Pelden and his team went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. Our guide and driver spent 9 days with us and they planned a picnic for us on my husband’s birthday. It was such a lovely and thoughtful surprise! My now husband proposed in Bhutan with the help of our guide Leki. I can’t recommend BTC enough. You’ll be in good hands. Thank you BTC!
