  This was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Customer service was excellent- beyond expectations- when I needed support with rescheduling and booking together with friends (a group of mothers and daughters). Our guides were fantastic - Marco and Leonardo - seamlessly accommodating both the teenaged girls and the moms with bits of interesting information. It was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon in NYC, and we will be talking about the memories for a long time.

  This tour exceeded all my expectations. Our guide Marco was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything feel effortless and fun from start to finish. They shared fascinating stories and local insights you just wouldn’t get on your own, and tailor the experience to our interests. I felt safe, comfortable, and truly taken care of the entire time. This was easily one of the highlights of my trip, and I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

  Let me first say that I would highly recommend this tour. But then allow me a moment to explain why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. When I booked this tour for my 14 year old daughter and 17 year old niece there were no times offered in the booking. I thought maybe after I booked the options would be presented then, but that was not the case. I contacted the booking a was told they offer 11:30,1, or 2. I wrote back and requested the 11:30 but then communication went silent. The thur before the tour I received a text message letting us know that the tour would be in touch if they had to cancel due to the impending snow storm. With the holidays, work, life and this trip I had lost sight of the fact they I still hadn’t received confirmation of the 11:30 option we chose. The morning of the tour, I made several attempts to confirm the 11:30 start time and the person who texted me on Thursday was unable to contact the Company who the tour was booked through and initially offered a full refund. We had planned our day around the tour so we happened to be in a restaurant 2 doors down from the Starbucks mtg location when I received a call from Zaza at noon asking where we were. We were able to get the girls in the pedicab and then they were off for their tour. We initially planned to meet them at the end by the Plaza but with the post holiday crowd we hadn’t quite made it there and Zaza was kind enough to bring the girls to where we were. For communication I give this tour 2-3 stars. But the tour itself and Zaza made up for the initial confusion and frustration. The girls had a blast and really enjoyed themselves and Zaza was a fantastic guide. If you can confirm your times ahead of the tour I imagine this would be a 5 start experience.

  Our tour guide Marco was friendly, fun, and informative. Highly recommend him and this tour! We went to all the famous Gossip Girl spots and had a wonderful time! My 15 and 13 year old girls loved it!

  This was the worst experience I have ever had. Brought my kids for their 16th birthday. They were so excited to go on the gossip girl tour. Our whole trip was booked around it. We went to meeting place and waited in the freezing cold for 2 hours and knowone showed up. We called several times and were told they could not reach the operator. Now I’m fighting to get a refund because they did not perform the service that was paid for in good faith and ruined our day and our trip. In fact I still have not heard back in three days! Never use this company.

  We were quite excited to celebrate our daughter's birthday with this Gossip Girl tour. It was a terrible experience! We received a text message from the pedicab driver that he would be 15 minutes late, but instead was about 30 min late. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes because he did not have the right pedicab to fit our group of four. The advertisement showed a pretty pedicab and it was actually a run down pedicab - see picture. After waiting for almost an hour total, he told us to leave because he could not get us a pedicab that would fit our group (the excuse was that another driver had taken our pedicab by mistake). It was a waste of time.

  Marco was a fantastic tour guide who not only knew the whole storyline of gossip girl and took us to all the famous spots includdd in the show, but also shared his lived experiences as a New Yorker! 100% recommend, thank you Marco!

• Not worth the price

  Not worth the price! We got an ugly pedicab, plain black and in poor condition. The guide was nice but it was still way too much money for what the tour was.
