We went on a cool, breezy day, one had to hold on to their hat. Good narration for most of the trip. Highlight was the firing of the cannon at Old Fort Jackson, so take the 1 pm ride.

The Riverboat ride was fun, the atmosphere was very nice, they had many options for something to eat and drink. The Guide had a lot of interesting information as we toured the river. I would recommend this tour for everyone.

Our “narrator” was a hoot. Lots of “umbrella jokes” and good insights about the river and history. Drinks were good. The main issue was the windows on deck 3 are so heavily fogged out that you can’t barely see. Our cruise was on a very windy day so we didn’t want to go outside. Replace the windows please.

The Savannah river boat cruise provides you with a wonderful riverside view of the Savannah river and surrounding areas. A highlight was the firing of the cannon at Ft. Jefferson as we passed by. The boat offers food and drinks for sale as well as indoor and outdoor seating .

Our appointment was at 1:00pm, we arrived at 12:55pm and we couldn't board. I understand that we arrived a little late but we'll keep the memories of enjoying that beautiful experience.
