I little hard to follow the path at times with self tour. Maybe add some arrows on the floor to assist in a couple areas.

Fabulous from start to finish. You can understand why there is a small charge made for your visit. Beautifully presented, well maintained and full of exhibits. This was my second visit in 3 years and certainly won’t be my last. It brings the whole thing to life in how the story has been pieced together.

The entire experience was very informative about what happened on 9/11 so future generations can know what happened! I would highly recommend to others to come and experience it!

Like many people, I recall exactly when the 1st Tower was hit in 2001. We allowed 4 hrs to go thru all 9/11 places (Memorial & Museum, 9/11 Reflecting Pools, Trinity church, One World Ovservatory/). But we took our time in the Museum (3.5 hrs) and still rushed a bit at the end to keep our 2p lunch reservation. Wow! So informative, moving and immersive It brings you along to feel what the victims said & must have felt. Definitely spend the extra $11 for the audio device. Didn't spend extra for personal tour, and chose the self-guided tour (less expensive). Would do the same thing if we could do it again.

It is a place heavy by what it obviously represents, but full of history and memories that remind us that our passage through this world can become shorter at any time. I like to see things in detail, I think one morning is not enough. There is a space dedicated to the families of those who left that day, describing the people and what they liked. It's very sad.

The reservations with Viator were fast, easy and affordable. There are no words to express the emotions, in my heart of the memorial. It is beyond words! A must see. I relieved every moment of what I saw in my TV. That terrible day. It takes about 5-6 hours to go through the Memorial if one reads and analyzes every write up! We could not get to the Dove structure exhibition, count on spending most of the day visiting

Poignant and very informative, taking views from all angles. So much on display and takes you through the full timeline of the tragedy. Pictures can be taken in certain areas and no photography in others, which is very much understandable due to the nature of the museum/exhibit/memoriam. The cost to get in is well worth it and you can spend anywhere between a hour and half to a good 4 hours.

A moving place to visit and all visitors should take the time to come and pay their respects even if they don't visit the museum

Eye opening and non biased. Great to learn about an American history event. I do wish the signs were larger as it was busy but not packed and yet trying to read all the displays was hard with so many heads to view around.
