Paul gave a small group of us a really enjoyable tour of the beer scene in Bermondsey, highly informative, full of gossip and great fun. This is hugely recommended if you want to find out a little more about beer and enjoy a great day out.

What a fun day we had. 10 of us had a private group tour with Paul. I would definitely recommend. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable but also focused on what my group wanted from the day. Doing the tour helped introduce us to a part of London we haven’t visited before but we’ll certainly be back. An extremely enjoyable day, very good value for money too.

We really enjoyed the tour around the local breweries and taprooms of Bermondsey. Paul was an excellent host and deeply knowledgeable guide. Equally at home talking about the beer, the breweries, or the industry. The man knows his stuff!

Paul was an amazing guide who shared his vast knowledge about the beer industry. He made everyone feel welcomed. The tour group compromised of only 9 of us, so it was great to have such personalized attention and were able to listen to Paul’s stories and learn about the industry. We visited 5 breweries in the Bermondsey Beer mile and drank a variety of beers. Highly recommend this tour. My husband, and I had a great time. Everyone was great!

The guide is a seasoned professional and knows his stuff. He’s very personable and fun to hang out with. Prepare to spend 4-5 hours or more! What a value to spend time with a pro. I had to leave early but I would do the tour again to see it to the end!

Fantastic day-my mate is a big beer fan/ home brewer, Paul , our guide was his long lost brother-so friendly, so informative, would definitely go again-and the whole ambience of the Beer Mile is extraordinary. I was ill, unfortunately but the tour was accommodated to get me round!

The 3 hours sped by. A great way to catch up with old friends who share a common liquid interest 😉. Our host Paul, who kept the whole show running from start to finish, shared his undoubted knowledge with us, providing interesting background info about the local area, methods/history of making different beers, the breweries, how tasting a beer properly, can enhance the flavour etc. All in all a great afternoon. Having originated from around these parts, it was also a trip down memory lane for me!!

Paul was a friendly and knowledgable guide for our group doing the Bermondsey Beer Mile. He gave insightful explainers around each of the beers we tried across a number of tap rooms and microbreweries. He also had plenty of tips for places to try on the mile as well as abroad. Would definitely recommend as fun activity to do on a Saturday afternoon in London. Thanks Paul!
