Senate Square
Senate square (Senaatintori in Finnish) is our meeting point, and it is probably the main tourist attraction, where the history of modern Helsinki begins. Here we will discover the three beautiful buildings around us!
Helsinki Cathedral
Helsinki Cathedral or the White cathedral is the most famous landmark in the city that you have probably seen pictures of. If the church is open, we can go inside and learn about the religious mindset in Finland. If we are lucky, we can also enjoy some music inside the church! (we don’t go inside the church in the summers because of its 10€ entry fee. It´s closed on Sundays, most Saturdays, and in public holidays)

Very informative, especially about Finnish history and culture, and Matti is a lovely guy to talk to and a fantastic guide. This is mandatory for anyone who's traveling to Helsinki or even just Finland. The country and city are worth this tour alone.

Excellent narrator and guide, with Finland's relationship with its neighbours carefully woven through the entire tour, so that you come away with some great information but aren't overloaded.

Quite an enjoyable 2 hours of Helsinski City Centre in a nutshell tour. If you only have a short time in the city, I'd recommend you to join this walking tour. The guide gives a good overview of the city and a little history lesson of Finland in a fun, enjoyable way.

Great way to learn about Finland and see key places in Helsinki. This tour was one of the least expensive out there yet felt it didn’t skimp on details. We had 18 in our group and our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. The tour covered a good area at a comfortable pace.
