You will enjoy dishes such as slow-cooked duck filet, Indian chicken rolls in rice paper, tapioca ravioli paste with tahi shrimps and Vietnamese chestnuts, and his award-winning homemade macarons.

5.00I was looking for an alternative to a traditional food tour and this was exactly what I hoped it would be. A chef-inspired private dinner where the chef interacts with guests to describe each course and the taste experience he hoped guests would have. Four creative, delicious food courses with wine pairings. Fun to meet new people and share a dinner with them. Chef Jean Yves is a wonderful host and a terrific chef - highly recommend!

5.00Food was phenomenal. The chef and sous chef were fantastic. The chef's gastronomic knowledge and exciting personality made the time spent refreshing. Great ambience. The majority of the group stayed an extra hour or more after the experience was over because the chef was so entertaining and the food was so good.

You are in a unique setting created by the Chef that is intimate and enhances the overall experience. The Chef was fantastic and passionate about his craft. The evening was a world tour of exotic flavors that subtly worked together through every course, offering a memorable evening that will be hard to match.
