Most visitors explore Tigre by taking the big catamaran.
This experience goes further. we'll travel on a traditional wooden island boat used by locals that navigates the main rivers and then continues deeper into the islands, followed by a guided walk through an island neighborhood to see how locals really live.
The reward is a six-course Argentine asado paired with wine, prepared slowly and shared in a private space for our group.
The beef i cook is local veal that is not exported, allowing you to taste Argentina’s most prized cut and compare it with one of the world’s best.
I’m not fully bilingual, but we won’t have any problems.
This is not a tour for everyone—it’s for curious travelers and food lovers.

Not recommended for travelers only looking to sit and eat. This is an outdoor experience where nature is part of the charm. To reach the house we walk along quiet island paths, crossing some small bridges and dirt trails. There are no swamps or wild jungle, but if the river rises, certain areas may have a bit of mud. It’s not a difficult walk, but not for high heels. You may also meet friendly neighborhood dogs wandering freely—this is how locals live here. For a clear idea of the paths, bridges, and authentic island vibe, check short videos on our Instagram . Not all those bridges or trails are required to arrive, but they help you picture the neighborhood.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you’re looking for a typical tour, I honestly can’t offer you that. This is something much more personal—it's an invitation to experience the Delta through my eyes and at my table. My goal is for you to forget you are a "tourist" for a few hours and feel like a local guest. We’ll travel on a traditional wooden boat and walk the quiet island trails I use every day. There is no luxury here, just the real Delta: dirt paths, friendly neighborhood dogs, and the quiet pace of the river. It’s about slowing down and connecting with a small group of people who, like you, are looking for something genuine. The heart of our day is a shared meal in my private space—a "quincho" we usually reserve for family and friends. I’ll be your host and cook, preparing a slow six-course asado with local veal, a prized cut we locals keep for ourselves. I’m not fully bilingual, but I’ve learned that good wine and a warm fire translate perfectly. If you value connection and authentic stories over a polished itinerary,

A rare tour experience. He took care of the tickets for the water taxi returning to dock 2. The length tour was great. We were able to relax and take in our surroundings like a local. The water taxi was crowed that day. Our trip consisted of 8, but 4 had cancelled that morning. Guests included my husband and I, and 2 solo women travelling. Out tour guide was amazing, friendly and kind. The food/wine was an authentic experience, and delicious! I recommend this tour to most everyone. If you have a concern with mobility, this trip is not for you. It is a light hike around an island within the delta.

Step into the enchanting forest, and your mind will relax while learning about, and experiencing the Argentine Asado. Wine, amazing food and interesting company fuse. Nelson was a true gem. It’s a beautiful experience. Book it!

Nelson from Tigre Grill and Wine was an amazing host. He meet us at the Pier and we travelled by boat along the river to his family’s bush retreat. A lovely walk along the river and we reached a large wooden deck pecked high amongst the trees, with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. Nelson’s cooking was a delicious smorgasbord of sausages, sweat breads, steaks, cheese and home made flan, accompanied Argentina wine and soft drinks. A delighted afternoon with a small group of 9 guests where there was time to sit and chat and enjoy the peaceful bush.

We spent a very nice day in the Tiger Delta, enjoying the tranquility and natural environment. The food was excellent, with Argentine flavors and prepared with a lot of dedication. Overall, it was a simple and pleasant experience, ideal to disconnect and appreciate the best of our gastronomy and landscape.

An amazing experience in the Delta, hard to believe it is so close to Buenos Aires. Nature everywhere, lots of tranquility and an ideal setting to really disconnect. We enjoyed a great roast, good wine and a walk around the island. Nelson took us to meet the cane plant, which is really worth a lot. Everything was careful to detail, but without losing that sense of relaxed and genuine plan. Mr. Nelson’s hospitality makes a difference: attentive, generous and always willing to make the experience complete. A place to come back and recommend without hesitation.

Wow, if you want to get out of the city for a day this is the tour. Where you will go, there are no roads, just rivers, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Lunch was 👌 perfecto. I highly recommend this tour!

It was the best excursion of my life. The organizers are very attentive and responsible people. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience! It cannot be compared to a regular tourist boat trip in Tigre, because here you immerse yourself in the local environment of Tigre not as a tourist — after the boat ride, you walk along a path by local houses and see real life, beautiful homes, and nature. Comfortable shoes and mosquito repellent are needed. When you reach the final point of the route, it’s a very cozy place, as if far away from civilization — a perfect reset from everyday city hustle. The organizers serve incredibly delicious food! Meat, wine, drinks, and such thoughtful attention — even the simple cherry tomatoes were amazingly tasty; I can’t find ones like that in local vegetable shops. Then, if you wish, there is a walk through a bamboo forest where you can take beautiful photos. If you need a reset, this is exactly what you’re looking for!

Excellent experience in the hidden delta! You don’t expect that paradise to exist in the middle of Buenos Aires when you come to visit it and we meet a cane plant, with animals, we saw a horse running around the island and a buffalo swimming!. Nelson's attention was spectacular, we cooked an amazing Argentine roast, took us for a walk and treated us to pure luxury! Thank you very much for this experience!! I don't know if you lose her because it would be a shame!

An ideal place to spend the day with friends or family. Nelson’s attention was the best, very well prepared and organized. We had a great roast. We could enjoy getting into the river and get to know the beautiful cane plant nearby. The scenery is amazing. Do not hesitate to make this visit!
