QR code didn’t work, wasn’t allowed access to the lounge even after showing email and app details. Wasn’t impressed

You will have to queue 15-30 minutes to enter the lounge despite pre-booking. The dining room was busy but bat area was peaceful

The lounge facility was excellent and met my expectations. However the receptionist's behaviour was unnecessarily rude which was quite disappointing. We have paid the required amount to avail the lounge services, and being treated discourteously was difficult to understand. Apart from that everything else was commendable.

We queued for 30 minutes before being allowed up the escalator, only to be met by another 15 minute queue at the reception to check in to the lounge. The photos on the website advertising the lounge are infact for business and first travellers only. The economy passenger lounge is average at best. The food options are limited as are the seating availability. There aren’t many outlets to charge devices and the toilet facilities in the second dining area where I was seated were out of order during my visit. Slightly disappointing overall.

I was quite disappointed with the Pearl lounge - for a start it was a shock that I had to queue to get in! I had bought two access periods of 3 hours each as I had a long layover, I could have used them consecutively but decided to split them up. The first time I had to queue for about 20 minutes to get in, the second time was over 30 minutes! The lounge was very full so it was difficult to find somewhere to sit and relax. The first time I went there was not enough cutlery, had to wait for some more to be delivered. On the plus side there was a fair amount of variety but I would definitely not go there again, not worth the money.
