We have been offering regular acroyoga classes on the island since 2019. We love to teach it, we love to do it, and we would love to share this with you too!

What To Expect
During the class you will wake up your inner child, work on your connection and trust with your partner(s) and most of all, you will have fun! You will learn to do a few poses that later you can keep practicing at home. You are welcome to take all the pictures and videos you like. We hold the class in our own studio in La Laguna center. We can´t wait to have you with us!

5.00It was really good. The teacher was the whole time with us and teaches us. She was very motivating us and showed us usefull technique. She got or preferences and was super professional. We would like to come back some day!

5.00We had a great time and learned a lot. The teachers are very experienced and take the time to work with everyone at their own level. I had only tried acroyoga once before, so was definitely the least experienced person there - but they gave me all the guidance I needed, so I was able to perform some movements with my more experienced partner. They also worked with each of us separately some, so she could work on more advanced flows while I improved on the basics.

5.00Beata and Miguel are great instructors (Acrosence). They taught us step by step. They tested our level and adjusted the content which we could challenge. They even knew our weakness and let us know the method. Also, they took many photos for us with nice environment. Hope we could meet them again in future. We thank so much for their instruction.

5.00The first time i worried a little, because i have done yoga just a couple of time before and i couldnt imagine what can i do on a course like this. Beata and Miguel were amazing and kind. They described everything and showed us everything. Easy to follow in an amazing enviroment. Not matter if you are alone but of course it is a fantastic experience with your soulmate. I can recommend for everyone who have a couple of hour freetime in Tenerife. Lets do it and enjoy the magic of ballance! 😊
