We have been the only ones offering regular acroyoga classes on the island for the past 5 years. We love to teach it, we love to do it, and we would love to share this with you too!

What To Expect

During the class you will wake up your inner child, work on your connection and trust with your partner(s) and most of all, you will have fun! You will learn to do a few poses that later you can keep practicing at home. You are welcome to take all the pictures and videos you like. We hold the class in our own studio in La Laguna center. We can´t wait to have you with us!

We had a great time and learned a lot. The teachers are very experienced and take the time to work with everyone at their own level. I had only tried acroyoga once before, so was definitely the least experienced person there - but they gave me all the guidance I needed, so I was able to perform some movements with my more experienced partner. They also worked with each of us separately some, so she could work on more advanced flows while I improved on the basics.

Beata and Miguel are great instructors (Acrosence). They taught us step by step. They tested our level and adjusted the content which we could challenge. They even knew our weakness and let us know the method. Also, they took many photos for us with nice environment. Hope we could meet them again in future. We thank so much for their instruction.

Fantastic activity to break down mental and physical barriers. Ideal for developing trust in the couple and as an individual tool for self-knowledge. With Bea and Miguel the impossible becomes possible thanks to their good work, patience and excellent explanations.

We did a family class and we loved it, it has been a very nice experience and a different way to lose fears and give security to each other. Bea and Miguel are very friendly and professional monitors. We will repeat! ❤

Ever since I tried it, I've been hooked on this sport. It is not only the good time you spend learning, but the trust you gain in your peers doing this activity. In addition to performing an exercise in which you gain great body control.

Very good experience!! Learning to control your body you get it with effort obviously but with this equipment you get it to levels you didn't think possible.....I still recommend it 100%!!!

The first time i worried a little, because i have done yoga just a couple of time before and i couldnt imagine what can i do on a course like this. Beata and Miguel were amazing and kind. They described everything and showed us everything. Easy to follow in an amazing enviroment. Not matter if you are alone but of course it is a fantastic experience with your soulmate. I can recommend for everyone who have a couple of hour freetime in Tenerife. Lets do it and enjoy the magic of ballance! 😊

Even if you don´t have previous experience in this activity, the teachers Bea and Miguel give their best to teach you in an easy and funny way. It was the perfect way to finish our trip in Tenerife, and I will definitely keep practising Acroyoga after this. Totally advisable!
