5.00I booked this tour because it offered thr highlights of Addis Ababa while I was on a layover. And highlights it provided! Mike, our guide, was so knowledgable on Ethiopian history and culture. Bonus, he got us scrumptious cakes just so we could try them. It was great to see the bones of Lucy and imagine how life was for early man. We rode in in a tuktuk which was a first experience for me. The pick up and drop off went as planned. The drive around Addis was smooth albeit there was the inevitable traffic around lunchtime on Friday. We had some great shots of Addis from Mount Entoto park. All in all, I enjoyed the tour immensely and would recommend this to anyone on a layover. They also offer tours beyond Addis Ababa for those staying longer so I would try that next time in Addis.

5.00Mike is a professional tour guide who customized a 4-hour tour based on my tight layover schedule. We still got through the Ethiopian Studies institute, Mount Entoto, multiple churches, merkato, and a coffee shop without feeling rushed.
