What To Expect
If you like yoga — even if you don’t do it that often — you should definitely, certainly, positively consider giving Aerial Yoga a try. Throughout the yoga class, you do various traditional yoga poses or aerial adaptations of traditional poses using the hammock for support. Some of the most basic poses involve simple stretches while seated on the hammock, while other poses progress to hanging upside down and grabbing your thighs, ankles or feet for support and balance. This is a regular group class up to 7 persons.

5.00Wow wow wow! Nuya was a wonderful instructor for my first experience doing aerial yoga. She made us feel very relaxed and safe and the poses we were able to do surprised me. Hanging in the hammock felt wonderful and the view over the forest complimented the experience well. A beautiful space for yoga and so glad I was able to do my first aerial class here

5.00The class was good, not super difficult but a little bit of a challenge. Instructor was very accommodating and conscious of any difficulties anyone may be having, she was very helpful and mindful of everyone. Also, the view from the rooftop is beautiful and there were little birds and butterflies everywhere. Very enjoyable.

5.0010/10 my first time ever and i loved it currently looking for one back home to attend frequently! Our teacher was great at direction and demonstrating. Views was immaculate!! Yoga while looking ahead to a beautiful garden and the ocean 🧚🏾Breeze was blowing the entire time. Got good pictures

5.00It was so fun!! There were only three people in the class so the teaches could really assist each and every one of us. I would definitely come back! The view was beautiful and the teacher very gentle. Highly recommended!

5.00This was a really fun class of aerial yoga which was a different sort of activity that not many of us had done before. The instructor was fun and cheerful, and taught us different movements and tricks, while encouraging and physically supporting us if we found anything difficult. She also took many great photos and videos of us as well which she transferred to us. Thank you for a wonderful time!
