Fabulous tour, amazing food and Emma is an outstanding tour guide. So much more than just food, so much to learn about the history of Tea, and its relationship to Beverley. Thank you Emma!!

What a great experience. The food was delicious in all establishments we visited, so I will definitely be back to those places again. Emma is an incredible guide - knowledgable about the area and its varied history, she makes the whole experience really friendly and fun. Delighted and will be booking again with my mum and friends. Highly recommended.

Emma's Afternoon Tea Tour was delicious and interesting with lots of fascinating facts. We also saw pictures of how Beverley's streets used to look and then there was the hidden doorways in a wall to a row of cottages no longer there. Our savoury course was mouth watering in an unexpected venue but with tea pots and china cups and saucers. We learnt about the history of tea in there. Emma popped up out of Well Lane with hot sausage rolls, so tasty, which we devoured while learning about corrupt election practices outside the plaque on the wall of the Angel. Oh and the chocolates at a local chocolatier with a glimpse into the kitchen and melting pot. Next down an alleyway on our way to see the house of an 18th century gentleman diarist who with his family was a great one for afternoon tea as we we listened to a few of his diary entries. Lastly we were at our tea and cake cafe, delightful desserts, with a gift shop attached. We so enjoyed the company of our fellow history and food enthusiasts too. Lovely people and an absolutely fabulous afternoon.
