What a memorable trip! Despite a thunderstorm cutting our evening short, we still had a wonderful time. The quad bikes were great fun and the food delicious. A special day that we won’t forget in a hurry. Incredible value for money. The best part was our wonderful guide, Youness. He was kind, funny and very warm. He made sure that everyone was happy throughout. He was the perfect host, thank you so much Youness!!

The tour I booked was for a camel ride and a quad bike. The cost 40 euro. I booked 2 tickets. When I arrived at the quad bikes my friend said we wanted to ride our own bikes, which is what we booked and I saw they put her on her own bike. At the end of the tour they asked me to pay 20 euro because we went on on own bike. But we booked 2 tickets for diner, 3 hours worth of transport, fire show, camel ride and quad ride. The people on their own got their own bike, we were never told that by booking 2 tickets we had to share, instead we were given an entirely unreasonable charge of 20 euro at the end. Chasm was our guide and she changed our 4pm pickup time to 2:22pm and then proceeded to arrive late for this new time. Meaning we missed lunch as we had a tour already planned for the morning. Then she lied and said the drive was an hour and a half away so when it says 4pm it does not account for the 1.5 hours to get there. Chasm also did not pick us up from our hotel or drop us off at our hotel. It is what is written on our confirmation. She made us walk to another hotel. Our hotel was not a Riad and we had others drop and pick us up there. But 2 girls left at 10:30pm at night not at our hotel is simply not safe. Overall my first disappointing experience with Viiator. We felt scammed.

It was well organized. All were so friendly and accommodating. From our driver Adil shop spent the entire time with us watching out for us and keeping track of us went above and beyond. He was an incredible driver and got us back in one of the worst hail storms Marrakech has seen.

We booked this trip from AG hotel. Pick up at 3 after being told it was 2. Took 2.5 hours to get to a muddy grass area. They put us on the camels and we had hailstones the size of tennis balls. The camels panicked and would not sit down. The organisers told us to jump and caught us. The stones hurt as we ran for shelter. The organisers then put us on the trikes for 1.5 hours. It was raining and extremely muddy. We were soaked. Eventually we went for dinner, dance and fireworks. All our group stood by the heaters as we could not get warm.

We had fun! It's a tourist excursion with many ATVs and camels in a line together, but hey when are you ever going to ride a camel in the desert in Morocco?

It's windy, so you need a scarf. I bought it locally. Both quad bike and camel riding were very exciting. While riding a camel, there was a thunderstorm and I had no choice but to go back to my tent. That's why we had dinner, but it was a shame the show was cancelled. Mr. Aghiz, the guide, wrapped a scarf around my head that he had bought kindly. Thank you very much.
