What To Expect
For VIP Arrival hosting service: We will meet you at the arrival hallway as soon you get out of the plane after the stairways. We will fast track you through local immigration. We will take care of your luggages right and right after we will skip the lines through local customs and bring you to your respective transportation. Transportation is NOT included.

1.00Outright Deception. A Complete Scam Disguised as “Transportation.” This is one of the most misleading, dishonest, and infuriating services I’ve ever encountered while traveling. This company appears on Viator when you search for airport-to-hotel transportation. It requires you to input your destination details, which strongly implies you will be transported there. I paid $680 for my family, expecting an actual ride. What did we get? Someone met us off the plane… and then vanished. No car. No ride. No luggage assistance. No transport of any kind. We were left standing there, confused, with all our bags, forced to find our own transportation after already paying hundreds of dollars for what was supposed to be exactly that. This service is nothing more than a massively overpriced greeting. Calling this “transportation” is outrageously deceptive. When I confronted them about this bait-and-switch, they were defensive, rude, and completely unapologetic. No accountability. No concern. Just attitude. This listing should be removed. It is intentionally misleading, preys on tired travelers, and takes advantage of families who assume they’re booking an actual transfer. If you are traveling to Aruba and searching for transportation: DO NOT BOOK THIS. You will feel cheated, frustrated, and angry—because that’s exactly what this experience delivers.

I didn't have to worry about a thing—he’s sharp, efficient, and honestly just top-tier at what he does. If you’re heading through the airport, ask for Nathan. She met me at the entrance to the Delta Airlines ticket counter, guided me quickly through security, and waited with me in line for the VIP lounge. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and a wonderful ambassador for Aruba. I look forward to having her as my representative on future trips and will absolutely use this service again. Highly recommended!

5.00This first-class service is amazing folks. This is the third time I've used them when entering and departing Aruba. It is so streamlined, fast and the staff are extremely well versed in Aruba, US customs, etc. It cannot be any easier. When I travel I want and chose services that make my trip/vacation as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This trip I had Vanya, she is amazing; friendly and courteous and very, very helpful. The service is well worth the money spent.
