Get out of the airport during your 6-8hour layover in San Salvador Airport and visit the Salvadorean Beaches. Drive 30 minutes to La Libertad's Pier and Fish Market. Swim in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. Visit the nicest beaches in La Libertad like El Tunco and El Sunzal. Enjoy the salvadorean beach lifestyle, take advantage of your layover and have optional surf lessons during your short stay or just chill in a hammock. At the End, its recommended to try some of the local cuisine...Seafood is a highlight and there is Cheese Pupusas for Vegetarians. Then we take you to the airport to be there 2-1:30 hours before your next flight.

Fernando led my wife and I through an amazing layover experience at El Tunco beach. We learned so much about both the region of El Tunco and the culture of this beautiful country.
