What To Expect
We go for client at the Airport prior time of arrival, on reaching the arrival section it is mandatory for us to have a signboard. Our signboard is consist of bold worlds with our website name and client name. After receiving our guess we greet with a warm welcome, we then check the lead person to confirm name and accommodation destination for clarity purpose. Our client are then sit to wait at holding area, for us to go get our transportation for their pick up. When return to holding area we then reach for client to be seated while we load luggages. After that we drove off then inquire about their flight and place of residence. In doing so its require for us to question our client of special needs pertaining to stop on the way to destinations. Upon arrival at destination we wish our client a safe enjoyable vocation and to contact Viator for any additional needs by us, while on vocation in Jamaica.

5.00My sister’s flight was delayed and it was “no problem” for Leon. Leon had us not stressed one bit. He kept in beautiful communication with us and we knew once she arrived he would get us to where we needed to go. The drive was not just pick up and drop off. Instead, Leon was engaging and sharing his knowledge of the area. We felt comfortable to ask him questions. He is beyond personable! Definitely would use him again and ended up using him for all our excursions!

5.00My friends and I stayed at Hilton Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay. Leon from Jamaica Experience Tour transported us round trip from the airport to the resort. Leon was very good at communicating details with us, giving us peace of mind. He was a joy to visit with on the ride as he pointed out sights and shared details of the area and of Jamaican culture. We called Leon for other excursions during our stay and he always worked everything out for us, going over helpful details to enhance our experience. We always felt safe with him as our guide. We had the best vacation ever!
