What To Expect
Step 1: Transfer Details Specify your transfer type if it’s a “from the Airport” transfer, or a “to the airport” transfer. Let us know other details such as the Airport and destination/pickup locations, number of people, arrival or departure dates and pickup or drop off times. Step 2: Personal Details Let us know other details about yourself and your trip. These include your full name, email address and phone number. Your arrival/departure flight number, hotel name (and address if available) and country of origin are also essential. Step 3: Confirm Booking Review your trip details and confirm your booking. To successfully reserve a transfer, a deposit is needed. Once you've confirmed your booking, sit back, relax and leave the rest to us. Note that the lead passengers name will be the one used on airport pickup signboards. Each passenger is entitled to a bottle of water (500mls) for short trips and two bottles (1000mls) of water for long trips.

5.00We had all our transfers (Kilimanjaro/Arusha/Lake Manyara) with Kili Transfers and we can really recommend it. Mubarak, the manager was really reliable and friendly and he gave us good prices as well. All the transfers were well-organized and the pick ups were always on time. All the drivers were friendly and helpful and even gave us some explanations about the places we drove by. 5 stars out of 5.

5.00Great service. I am glad I chose them. We missed our connection so our flight got moved. They were very understanding and accommodating to our needs. Our luggages were also lost so we spent longer than anticipated at the airport due to paperwork. They waited for us. They transported us to our hotel in a comfortable vehicle and also gave us water. After a long flight we really needed that. Thank you for an awesome service.

5.00The best service one can ever have! New large car with a very wellcoming and carefull driver. We had a problem with the hotel and no one expected us there, the driver did all that a frend can do: he made a lot of phone calls, searched via internet to find a way to help us with the accomodation, stayed with us about a hour in the midnith. When I decided to search for another place to sleep, I've asked him if he can help us, he made few more phone calls and find a very pritty and clean hotel for even better price. I realy whant to say: THANK YOU GUYS!

5.00Mubarak was there waiting for me with a name tag and he was very friendly and knowledgeable all the way to Moshi. The car is very comfortable and they even provide a bottle of water. Also the price is a way better deal than arranging with hotel/taxi drivers. I highly recommend booking transfer with them.

5.00Adam was my driver. He waited even though it took a while for me to exit upon arrival. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me very helpful tips. As a solo woman traveler I have to feel safe. I instantly felt safe. The car was clean and he's an excellent driver.
