We booked a private driver from Tokyo to our hotel . We booked this for about an hour later than our plane arrived. Driver did exceptionally well to find us as we were slow getting out of the airport as we booked a later timeslot. We have families of 7, we found the service online. The driver is so responsible to contact a day before the pick up. The driver met us the the hotel of lobby and helped us to move some luggage’s. We had 14 luggage’s and picked up on time and we arrived to the airport smoothly. We appreciated that the driver and the platform to provide a good service. We will recommend to our friends whom plans to travel Japan! Our route was picking up from Osaka city hotel to Kansai international airport.
