What To Expect
As you exit the airport you will be greeted by myself (Zena) holding a sign with your name on it. You will then be loaded into the vehicle along with your luggage. We will then be en route to your destination.

She has multiple comfortable vehicles available at the airport, and if assistance is needed, her team coordinates seamlessly to ensure everything is handled promptly. The level of kindness and professionalism is truly exceptional. I also noticed that car seats are available, which is a great option for families. Pricing is very reasonable, and Zena is always just a text away if you need anything.

5.00Absolutely Wonderful Experience I discovered Zeema’s services on the Grand Hyatt Facebook page…..she came highly recommended and received high ratings for her communication, her vehicles, her drivers, and punctuality. So in choosing transportation from the airport, I chose her and she proved to be exactly as the reviews described….in fact, even more. When I first reached out to her, she responded immediately, and we arranged to be picked up. From that initial contact, she kept in touch regularly through emails, texts and phone calls right up to our arrival so I felt confidant she would follow through and assured I made the right choice. Same thing on our return trip back to the airport. We were very fortunate on the way back that Zeema drove us…..she was delightful, a lovely person, and a great businesswoman. My sister and I had a great conversation with her, we learned about her life and how she got started in the business….she’s personable, warm and friendly. I highly recommend her, she’s trustworthy, competent, provides outstanding service, and her prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much….till we meet again.

5.00I am so happy we all booked with Zena! Her communication was excellent and we had no trouble connecting with the driver. The driver, Oriole (sp?) was so friendly and helpful. She stopped at the grocery store so we could stock up and provided us with helpful hints. Her personality was so warm and outgoing, that I felt like I was picked up by a family member. The car was very clean and the driver was very competent. Another thing that I loved was that I accidentally paid twice through Visa and Zena was happy to refund the money, immediately! Efficient, friendly, clean, prompt, communicative and honest... can't get better than that!

5.00Booked Zena's Taxi roundtrip from airport to Grand Hyatt. Our driver was prompt both ways. We paid for a quick stop at the grocery store which I think was worth it. The taxi was clean and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend Zena's Taxi Service and will use her again when we are back in the Bahamas.

5.00Zena’s company is truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived at the airport, her organization was evident. Her crew was there to take care of our bags and luggage, ensuring a smooth drop-off at our hotel. The car was spacious and impeccably clean, making our ride comfortable. On our return trip, the crew was just as punctual and friendly. They handled our bags with care and provided another roomy and pristine van for our journey to the airport. Our driver was particularly delightful, even entertaining the kids with cartoons during the ride! I highly recommend Zena’s services. The best part was how genuinely grateful Zena was for our business. Our family will definitely be booking with her again in the future!
