Pre-Trip Preparation Your driver will monitor your flight (if it’s an airport transfer) and adjust pickup time accordingly. We recommend adding your flight number during booking for real-time tracking. Pickup at Your Location Timing: Your driver will arrive at the agreed time (or shortly after your flight lands for airport pickups). How to identify your driver: Look for a professional driver holding a sign with your name (or booking reference). Many drivers also carry a Viator-branded tablet or wear a company uniform. If you don’t see the driver within 10–15 minutes, please call the emergency number provided on your voucher. Boarding & Welcome Once you meet your driver, they will help load your luggage and confirm your destination. The vehicle is clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with Wi-Fi (where available), water bottles, and child seats (if requested in advance). The Journey Route: Most transfers follow the most direct and efficient route. However, we can take a scenic coastal or mountain route upon request (subject to time and traffic). Duration depends on traffic and distance — your voucher shows the estimated time. The driver will be happy to share local tips or answer questions during the ride. Drop-Off Your driver will take you directly to your hotel, cruise port, or final destination address. They will assist with unloading your luggage and ensure you’re safely at the entrance.
