What To Expect

At Domestic Terminal , please check-in at the Exemplar Transfer desk, immediately on your left as you enter the Arrivals Baggage hall., before collecting your luggage. After check-in you will receive instructions regarding where to meet your driver and coach. .At Cairns International, please meet your driver in the Arrivals hall, after you exit Customs. The meeting point is the Exemplar desk, found opposite the Customs exit.

Efficient and friendly assistant at the airport desk. The driver of the van went out of her way to deliver our 2 young teenage boys to their destination in Palm Cove. We were most impressed and grateful.
