Once the traveler books, Golden Limousine LLC will reach out to the traveler to confirm travel details that include; pick up address, drop off address, number of passengers and their names, amount of luggage details, flight number. Pick up and drop of details will be confirmed between Golden Limousine LLC and the traveler. Traveler may contact Golden Limousine LLC at anytime to ask questions, confirm or update details, etc. Day before travel, Golden Limousine LLC will message client and confirm details and provide chauffeur name and cell phone number. On day of pick up or drop off, the Chauffeur will montior flight information for early arrival or delays and text the traveler upon arrival at the pick up location. Chauffeur will follow pick up or drop off instructions.
