Good transfer service! You can likely get a taxi for cheaper, but it is nice to have your plans secured ahead of time if you’re on a tight schedule. My driver (Salman) was great - very friendly, fluent in english, and made good conversation. Ask for him!

Our driver Sunil was excellent. However, the tour manager didn't respond until the previous evening on confirmation, whether he got our hotel pickup correct and pickup time. Pickup time can change, so it needs confirmation. I was thinking of cancelling due to lack of response and had to call viator to ask the local tour operator to respond. Also, the no guides were available at Ajanta, they were already booked. Had to pay Rs 200 to local cave security personal, for them to explain us the paintings. We had to do this for every important caves...spent Rs.200. The overall spent was Rs.800, as opposed to official guide cost of Rs 2000+. However, the above came with information shortage.

It was a great experience! I'm glad I booked this tour guide and went to Ajanta. Our guide Salman and the other members were very kind and we enjoyed it more than I expected! Thank you very much.

Our driver Thouseef was an excellent driver, who spoke good English, He drove very well even though the roads were in pretty bad shape. KM Holidays rates very quite reasonable.

We visited Ajanta starting from Aurangabad . The hotel helped in finding a car with driver for the three hours trip to the caves. The road to reach the site is dusty being the new road under construction. Once there the site is estonishing and worthwhile the journey. The caves are reach of paintings but regretfully the light inside is very low , so it is difficult to appreciate the details . A bad note to the indian families we sow there trowing away rubbish and plastics . This wonderful place deserves to be kept with more cleanliness and respect.

We did a two day tour, first day Ajanta & second day Ellora Caves with KM tours. This was an excellent experience with this tour company. Very professional & dependable services. Mr. Mangesh paid special attention to our itinerary & needs. We highly recommend this company for this world heritage site.

One of the great sites of the world. Tough road is dusty and bumpy. An extraordinary site of Buddhist caves with much of the wall and ceiling paintings still preserved. Be prepared, however, for a demanding, long ride with the new highway still under construction. Three hours each way from Aurangabad.

Mr Mangesh who owns KM holidays is very enterprising person. Local guy who hails from the Aurangabad area is possibly the best tour guide you can get in there!!we took his services for 3 days we were there in Aurangabad and covered 1 day city tour followed by visit to Lonar lake and Ajanta caves. Few things which stood out for his service as tour guide during my experience -1] Educated person and can speak multiple languages including Marathi, Hindi and English 2] puts customer and their interest ahead of anything else. I needed a driver to drop me back in my car due to some sickness I had on day of departure and he clearly was making sure that I get someone who charges what’s reasonable and not misuse my position to exploit. 3] Safety first on driving and tourist places. Will tell you on things to be aware of at each stop. 4] puts service ahead of everything. Didn’t even took money except small advance till end of tour. 5] doesn’t chase you for commercial interest like local shopping which can be irritating many times. I wish him good success and highly recommend his services if you are looking at good tour guides in Aurangabad .

The story (after the online booking, which went smooth). 7.30 on Monday (agreed time): no car, no driver. Two phone calls not answered. At 7.50 an answer from Mr. Mangesh, who said sorry, but he was still sleeping. He calls back 5 minutes later, says he can not get in touch with his driver and will come himself. He finally arrives at 8.30 in a dirty car full of mosquitos, makes a few strange excuses and drives us to a point a few kms away, where another driver takes over, as Mr. Mangesh says he is not feeling well. He had said a few minutes earlier he was at a party last night and did not get enough sleep. Nice detail: during his few minutes with us, Mr. Mangesh tells us how important it is to leave early in the day to Ajanta to avoid the crowds (he seemed to not see the irony). The drive on Monday was OK, so I call in the evening to check if all is OK for the pickup on Tuesday at 7.30. "Yes, absolutely sir, all guaranteed". Everyone is entitled to one mistake. Tuesday 7.30: no car, no driver. 7.40: Mr. Mangesh says he will call the driver and call back. He does and says it will take 20 minutes. As the day before, that meant an hour delay, we give up at that point and change to JK Green, who delivered an excellent service the next two days for the same price.
