The trip is definitely worth taking. You are going to see not only one of the local caves and ancient ruins, be able to walk right next to them but also beautiful nature of Alanya they are set in. The tour is well organized and coordinated. Our tour ended up having three guides - one for a group German tourist, one for Russia speakers and one for English. The Russian guide, Tatiana, is very nice and knowledgeable and was definitely doing her best to show everything in the limited time and share everything that that she know on the history of the ruins and region in general. My only advice is to get in touch with the company directly after booking on Tripadvisor to make sure they have your reservation. One of my other tours booked through Tripadvisor fell through because somehow they tour company never got my reservation.

An excellent opportunity to explore Turkey and its history beyond the typical tourist regions. Our guide, Talha, was outstanding—he conveyed a remarkably broad range of knowledge, complemented by a charming sense of humor. Special recognition also goes to our driver, Ferhat, who handled the very steep, winding roads with exceptional skill. A reasonable level of fitness is advisable, as the tour includes steep sections and numerous stairs. However, the architecture and landscapes you encounter make every effort worthwhile. Many thanks for this outstanding experience—highly recommended for anyone with an interest. Notably, there were no shopping stops or attempts to sell anything during the tour.

I went on this tour with my mother. It was a natural and historical tour, with the Uhurara Valley and underground cities. The guide, Rabia, was very knowledgeable and very easy to understand and I was very happy with the tour. I also wanted to come to Turkey with my children.

We were really amazed that there are still tours that simply surpass everything. Top communication, a super friendly and caring tour guide – just great! A beautiful tour with many program items and thus priceless experiences. One should only be good on foot and we recommend to book on not too hot days.
